− In my opinion, the rating this property has on Booking.com definitely does not match its actual facilities and quality. The bed sheets and towels were old and worn out, giving a feeling of poor cleanliness. Water leaked from the shower cabin onto the floor, making it very difficult to use the toilet after taking a shower. Loud and continuous pipe noises were heard all night, sounding like running water or rain and preventing a comfortable sleep. The cooling system did not cool the room properly.

+ Lokalita perfektní v boční uličce cca 200 m od vstupu do metra. Paní na recepci velmi příjemná a ochotná vše vysvětlila. Menší nevýhoda je fungování recepce od 9 do 21H (tzn. pokud parkujete auto uvnitř hotelu po 21h ne(vy)jedete), ale o tom jsme věděli. Pokoje přesně podle popisu pro naše očekávání dostačující kuchyňka s vybavením. Pokoj celkově velmi pěkný. − Hotel je postaven nad trasou metra někdy jde cítit projíždející metro.

Perfect place for a weekend gateway + Perfect location and really comfortable room. Everything we needed was there. − The only downside of the room was the window facing the patio. When the window was open, people walking by could see inside, but the biggest issue was the lack of fresh air, as the patio was covered.

Nous avons très bien dormi dans cet hébergement bien situé, plein de charme en toute modernité + J’ai aimé l’accueil et la gentillesse de la réceptionniste (les conseils donné pour les événement du moment et les café du coin sympa), j’ai aimé le confort de la chambre qui a des rangement et une petite cuisine toute équipée et en cage et tisane aussi ! La salle de bain est belle et fonctionnelle, la douche est grande et le jet d’eau agréable :) j’ai aimé la situation aussi ! Près du quartier juif et des halles, nous avons presque tout fait à pied et pris aussi le tram (simple, rapide et pas cher). Mais surtout j’ai aimé le bâtiment, son allure, sa beauté, tout le charme qu’il dégageait malgré les équipement modernes de la chambre, on avait l’impression d’être des résidents <3 − Je n’ai pas aimé rien ! Tout était très bien, c’est l’hébergement que nous avons préféré de tout notre périples :))

Not well sleep + location is good, room is clean. high ceiling, space is good. The toilet and shower room is too small, but okay. The kitchen is nice and efficient. − 1. The hotel is next to a club, probably my room is close to it. So during the night I can hear the music and especially the bass, seems subwoofer really can go through the walls. 2. Need to pay 40 if after 21:00 check-in, our flight is delayed luckily we arrive at 20:55, so avoid the penalty. Not sure what will happen if we arrived 21:02, quite stressful and the service lady is very strict about the time. 3. One of the window door cannot be closed so cannot be very dark, using curtain is not dark enough.

Property is beautiful and in a very quiet neighborhood. + The propery was absolutely beautiful and in a quiet neighborhood. − Check in process was a hassle as it seemed a bit outdated that they had to hand over physical keys to the property instead of electronic access. Also, the fact that we only got two keys for four people made the logistics of accessing the property difficult.
