This stay surpassed our expectations. The team at Residence Soca had thought of everything. Great stay. + The staff were exceptional. The apartment exceeded all our expectations. We used the BBQ every night. Great e-bikes, sauna and location. I even managed to book a massage. − I can't think of anything.

+ The facilities are quite new brand, modern and very well equiped. The location is very convenient to discover the beautiful Soča Valley. The service and guidance provided by Domenika was kind and very useful. − Everything was really good and if I have to say something the jacuzzi was broken, therefore not possible to use it.

Superbe appartement dans la vallée de la Soča + Appartement 2 chambres vaste et luxueux Décoration sobre avec des matériaux nobles( luminaires, escalier suspenduetc) Velux motorisés avec stores Lave linge. Bonne climatisation, literie confortable. Situation le long de la soca où on peut se baigner si on craint pas l’eau froide. A 15 min de Bovec en voiture Panier gourmand à l’accueil des produits de la région − Une des personne de l’accueil est assez froide et peu souriante Le prix est élevé même si le logement est superbe Mettre un masque pour dormir car store fenêtre d’un chambre non occultant Pensez à faire des courses car tout est fermé le dimanche.

Amazing stay with hospitable staff + We stayed in a studio apt with a kitchen that has everything you need to prepare a meal. Everything was new, tastefully furnished and the service is excellent. We had an exceptional massage and also got a welcome basket which added a very nice touch to start our holiday!! − Nothing - you will regret not staying at the property

Fantastic place to base yourself, worth staying for a few days at least + Great location for accessing many walks, adventure activities. Lovely spacious suite. Really appreciated the washing machine after traveling for a week. Wood fired bbq which resulted in the food having a gorgeous Smokey flavour. Dominika couldn’t have been more helpful. Lovely outdoor area to sit and enjoy the sun. − Nothing really. It was a little bit noisy upstairs as we were below another suite/apartment. But it didn’t bother us too badly.

+ Skvělá lokalita, krásné výhledy. Ubytování vypadalo zvenku krásně, útulně a příjemně. Paní na recepci byla milá a komunikace byla super. První ráno jsme dostali košík plný regionálních potravin a to bylo fakt milé, díky toho jsme měli super snídani. − Největší problém byly "papírové" zdi a stropy. Byli jsme v přízemí a z pokoje nad námi neustále ozývaly rány a dunění. Byly tam děti, což je v pohodě, ale bohužel bylo slyšet úplně vše. V 1 ráno nás vzbudily i postřikovače záhonů, poměrně hlasité. Měli jsme na jeden večer zarezervovanou vířivku a saunu, bohužel vířivka měla pouze 31°C a finská sauna 50°C. Pokoje uvnitř nebyly moc útulné, ale to už je asi otázka vkusu. Poměr cena/výkon obecně neodpovídal.

+ La ubicación, el valle es precioso, las instalaciones están genial y el apartamento está muy bien, aunque creo que demasiado caro por pagar 800 euros cada día. Pero fue una experiencia muy bonita. Aun pagando ese dineral, volvería a repetir, nos divertimos mucho y fue una estancia muy agradable. El diseño moderno y amplio es un plus. Todo muy nuevo y bien cuidado. Pudimos cargar el vehículo con electricidad sin coste para nosotros, fue un regalo del anfitrion. − El precio, 800 euros/día creo que es demasiado. La recepcionista fue demasiado seria, parecía que estaba enfadada. Posiblemente tenía un mal día.
