It’s okay if you dont have young kids. They definitely DONT have cots + It was a good distance from the national park. The restaurant manager Amali was a particular highlight - A lot of the staff were indifferent, however, Amali was always willing to help in someway and make sure we had a better experience. − We picked this accommodation purely for the fact it had a cot. However, the ‘cot’ they provided was actually a bassinet which was not suitable for our 1.5 year old in anyway. It would rock and he could easily climb out. We had to put him in the bed which he is not use to and we all had terrible both nights we stayed there.

+ Pokoje byly čisté a pohodlné. Pěkný bazén i celý areál. Bohaté snídaně do krabice s sebou. − Velmi pomalý personál,především v restauraci. Seděli jsme tam sami,přesto jsme na jedno z jídel čekali hodinu a třičtvrtě. Hluk ze sousedního bungalovu přes spojovací dveře .

+ Close proximity to Yala. Nice surrounding of the chalet and very helpful and kind personnel. Room was clean and without insects. They were kind to serve us dinner even after closing time.

+ Really enjoyed my stay at Elephant Reach Hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with fresh watermelon juice, which was a lovely touch after a long drive. Special thanks to the receptionist Shakya Dewmini for the warm and helpful hospitality throughout my stay. The hotel is peaceful, clean, and surrounded by nature, making it a perfect stop before or after a Yala safari. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the on-site restaurant made it easy to enjoy dinner and drinks without leaving the property. Overall, a calm and convenient stay with great service and a relaxing atmosphere.

Buen hotel + Muy bien ambientado en plena naturaleza y habitaciones cómodas. Pedimos habitación contiguas para los niños y estaban conectadas por una puerta. El personal muy atento y pendiente de tus necesidades. ¡Como en todo nuestro viaje por Srilanka! − Lo peor sin dudas el restaurante. Tardan más de una hora en servir y sacan cada plato separado del resto. Pedimos unos spaguetis con aceite y ajo para un niño de 11 años y era imposible de comer por el picante (adjunto fotos de las guindillas que tenía!)

Luogo incantevole e super apprezzato + La struttura è molto bella e ben organizzata. Dopo il safari presso lo Yala, abbiamo potuto rilassarci in piscina. La mattina ci hanno organizzato la colazione al sacco da portare al safari. Abbiamo apprezzato la cena a buffet cone anche la colazione. − Il bagno meritava forse una pulizia più accurata
