Un incubo + Niente − Prima dell’arrivo nella struttura abbiamo provato a contattare il responsabile (chiamate e messaggi su whatsapp) senza ricevere risposta. Quando siamo arrivate non c’era nessuno in reception. Abbiamo riprovato a chiamare, senza risposta. Solo grazie all’intervento di un signore è stato possibile far arrivare qualcuno che ci desse le chiavi. Dopo aver pagato siamo state portate alla “tenda” (è più una casetta con teli al posto delle pareti). Il ragazzo ci ha quindi lasciate lì, senza darci nessuna informazione ulteriore (tipo dove fossero i bagni). Ci siamo presto accorte che le lenzuola del nostro letto erano sporche e presentavano diversi schitti. Abbiamo cercato il ragazzo, per chiedere se si potessero cambiare, ma era già sparito. Nel frattempo siamo scese in paese (che non vale la pena di essere visitato) e abbiamo deciso di fermarci solo una notte invece di due, ho quindi scritto al responsabile per farci cambiare le lenzuola e chiedergli il rimborso della se…

+ Everybody was so kind, so friendly, sea view : the place is AMAZING : the best place in Koh Rong !! It’s not a tente but a true bungalow − NOTHING ALL WAS PERFECT !

+ These bungalows are located at the end of the village on top of a hill that provides an excellent view of the sea. It’s a quiet, relaxing atmosphere with comfortable beds and quick access to the village. I highly recommend staying here!

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! + THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!! − When got here our beds were damp, the room was dirty and the shacks were falling apart. During our stay significant rain occurred and it completely flooded around our shacks making it almost impossible to access the toilet. The power also cut out for multiple days with no compensation or help offered from sweet nature bungalows. When we politely asked if we could get a refund on the days we were missing due to leaving early (as the weather was terrible and so was the accomodation) we were rudely denied. I would not stay here again.
