+ Appartement helemaal prima, alles was er. Beneden in de kelder is een voorraadkast waar he extra wc-papier en koffie etc uit kunt pakken, en schone handdoeken. − Niet het gezelligste deel van Kreuzberg

Ok, verbesserungswürdig − Drei Gäste standen vor der Tür um 19 Uhr, weil keiner die Check-in Infos erhalten hatte. Die kamen dann um 2 Uhr nachts!!

Mi è piaciuto! Ci tornerei! + Camera accogliente con letti comodi, angolo cottura molto utile per evitare di mangiare sempre fuori. La stanza è accogliente, ottimo wifi, personale gentile, la scegliere di nuovo per un altro viaggio a Berlino. Posizione comoda con metro e autobus nelle vicinanze per spostarsi ovunque. − La pulizia è sicuramente migliorabile, alcune parti della stanza erano un po' polverose e i vetri delle finestre erano sporchi. Niente di così drammatico, ma si può fare di meglio.

Uncomfortable and dirty − When I arrived in my room there was terrible smell everywhere coming from under the sink. The reception was closed and by chance I came across an administrator of the building who contacted someone so my room can be changed. The new room was not clean. There were stains on the bedside table. All the walls were very dirty at the bottom. The worst was the temperature of the room - it was so hot and I could smell body odour of the previous guests. There was no AC. I left my room in the morning and when I tried to come back my card key didn’t work any more. There was nobody at the reception at 9am to help. Horrible hotel, absolutely not worth 173 euro per night.

+ Ursprünglich war für uns (trotz anderslautendem Wunsch) ein Zimmer zur sehr belebten Straße vorgesehen. Auf unsere Bitte bekamen wir ein ruhiges Zimmer zum Innenhof.
