まぁまぁでした。 + トロント駅に近く､ハーバー迄も近いので、オプションの待ち合わせ場所に行きやすかった − お風呂が付いていない点。シャワーだけだった。隣のビルの解体の為か朝4:00から作業があり､うるさくて起こされた点

Great Stay + Location is awesome. STAFF were awesome. SPACE was clean. Great Linens. − Well it advertised OUTDOOR space with pic of a Patio Table so expected a patio. What u get is a skinny Juliette balcony and thatcsucked. I was sold on property because of a patio. False. ELEVATOR had issues often just one running

+ Struttura in posizione davvero strategica, nel pieno centro di Toronto. Appena usciti si trovano tutti i principali servizi, tra cui supermercati, bar e ristoranti. In circa 10 minuti a piedi si raggiungono facilmente sia l’Acquario che la CN Tower, quindi è una soluzione ideale per chi vuole visitare la città comodamente a piedi. Molto comodo anche il servizio di parcheggio con riconsegna dell’auto, al costo di 45 dollari al giorno: non è economico, ma sicuramente pratico. La nostra camera era inoltre dotata di cucina, cosa che abbiamo apprezzato molto perché ci ha permesso anche di prepararci un buon piatto di pasta. Nel complesso, un’ottima scelta soprattutto per posizione e comodità. − Tuttavia sebbene ci sia la cucina, NON ci sono gli utensili, non ci sono pentole o altro. Abbiamo dovuto chiederle alla reception, l’hanno fornita immediatamente.

Très bien + Le confort et le professionnalisme du personnel − La climatisation trop bruyante. Il serait bien de la rendre moins bruyante.

Bella vista ma assolutamente carente nella pulizia + La vista sui grattacieli di Toronto è la posizione − Nessun servizio non colazione , no bar , no Lounge . Non è un hotel ma è simile a un residence con servizio portineria molto poco friendly per lo standard canadese e pulizia stanza giornaliera molto carente per i 5 stelle . Le stanze sono piccole , mancano delle oscuranti alle finestre, mobilio rovinato , divano letto con materasso sottile non adatto a due persone( non preparato nonostante la prenotazione per tre persone )e letto matrimoniale piccolo e materasso non di qualità. Location e vista meravigliosa, ma il nome è fuorviante non è un hotel , è la qualità prezzo non è assolutamente conveniente.

Needs some attention to be a better stay. + Location and staff were great − Needs more attention to cleaning, overall area was clean, dust in the corner of windows, lint in bathroom fan, grout lines were dirty, walls need either paint or a good scrub.. the dishwasher leaked the one time we used it.
