Very good + Great staff, very kind and attentive. The room was very clean. Stayed for 2 days and the house keeping immediately cleaned the room very well.

Nice hotel when you get the right room + City View room is very good. Orger room is too small for 2 people and all the luggage if we travel international like us. So if you travel withbmany big bags try to ask if their view city room is available. But overall its a very nice hotel and excellent service. − Some room can be too small for us. And some room also have un even tiles in the bathroom that makes the water not flowing very well into the sewerage

GREAT EXPERIENCE + Best hotel in Jakarta. Everyone should stay here once in life. Very comfortable , strategic place and near to the city. Also staff very helpful and friendly I recommend everyone to have breakfast here. Their nasi uduk shoooooo goood! Worth every penny to stay in here.

Comfortable stay, friendly staff but some rooms need work + Staff were incredible, on our first evening we had to change rooms 3 times and they were so accommodating and never made it feel like an issue. We were always welcomed with a smile, and room was cleaned daily. We really liked the refill water station on each floor and the TV was great. − We did feel breakfast was incorrectly advertised. It’s advertised as something for everyone but we didn’t feel like that was the case, so sadly we had to have breakfast elsewhere. Some of the rooms were very dirty, with stains up the walls and rips in the duvet. One room in particular we went in stunk of cigarettes so badly that we were unable to stay in it.

+ - bardzo dobre sniadania − -maly troche zaniedbany pokoj -okno wychodzace od razu na sciane innego budynku przez co pokoj byl bardzo ciemny -spalem w tym hotelu rok trmu ale mialem pokoj na wyzszym pietrze z super widokiem. Niestety 3 pietro ma widok fatalny przez co pokoj jest ciemny jak w jaskini.
