+ Unser Aufenthalt hier war ruhig. Die lokalen Märkte und das Stadtzentrum waren zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Kommunikation über die App war eine großartige Ergänzung und der Shuttle-Service zum Abholen und Zurückbringen war ebenfalls praktisch. Wir haben auch ein wunderschönes Café in der Nähe gefunden – das Memory Café. Wir würden nicht zögern, wieder hier zu übernachten oder Freunden und Familie einen Aufenthalt hier zu empfehlen. Sehr empfehlenswert, Sie werden nicht enttäuscht sein + Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Bell. Die Villa war makellos, geräumig, privat und wunderschön, mit einem herrlichen Pool und allem, was man sich wünschen kann. Die App war großartig, um Dienstleistungen wie den Shuttlebus oder die Reinigung zu einer bestimmten Zeit anzufordern, aber das Highlight war Annie an der Rezeption, die nicht hilfsbereiter hätte sein können. Sie gab uns eine WhatsApp-Nummer, über die wir sie während unseres Aufenthalts kontaktieren konnten, und wir hatten einen kleinen medizinischen Notfall, und sie antwortete auf meine Textnachricht um Mitternacht und rief einen Arzt, obwohl sie nicht einmal im Dienst war! Wirklich ein schöner, entspannender Ort zum Übernachten, sehr empfehlenswert, wir würden gerne eines Tages zurückkehren.

Okay, Aufenthalt für eine Familie mit 4 Personen + 1 Baby + Die Reise begann nicht gut wegen der verwirrenden Suchfunktion von Hotels.com. Sie verwendet „Zimmer" als Suchkriterium, also wenn Sie 2 Zimmer suchen und nach 2 Zimmern suchen, selbst wenn Sie EINE Villa mit 2 Zimmern auswählen, buchen Sie am Ende 2 Villen, was uns passiert ist. Das Hotel war so freundlich, 3 von 5 Nächten zu erstatten, als wir dies beim Check-in bemerkten. Der Aufenthalt war okay. Es gibt kein Restaurant vor Ort, was angesichts der begrenzten Speisekarte für 5 Nächte am Ende etwas langweilig war. Man muss alles (Housekeeping, Abräumen der EssensTabletts usw.) über eine App buchen – der gewählte Zeitraum ist nicht garantiert. Die Kommunikation über die App wurde auch etwas frustrierend, da es zu Pannen kam (Housekeeping erschien nicht oder erschien zur falschen Zeit, als das Baby ein Nickerchen machte). Das Personal war jedoch angenehm und immer lächelnd, was hilft. Im Nachhinein hätten wir wahrscheinlich etwas direkt am Strand bevorzugt, um etwas Abwechslung bei den Eindrücken zu haben (wir waren auf Reisen…

+ We stayed 4 different places in Thailand and this was by far our favorite. The 2 bedroom villa was quiet and totally private and the staff were all so sweet and attentive. They have you download an app when you check in and it make everything you could possibly need so convenient; from ordering food to an in room massage or scheduling a shuttle. The food was some of the best we had on our trip as well and the breakfast that was included was huge and so good!

An amazing place to stay! + We had an amazing stay at the Bell Pool Villas and can’t wait to return! The accommodation is ideal for a larger family with older children. It’s very spacious and one of the largest in Phuket. The pool is absolutely amazing and it’s huge! Surrounded by a gorgeous tropical garden. It really does feel like you’re in paradise. The staff are amazing and go over and above to ensure you are happy. A big shout out to Melody, Annie and Rose, who made our stay so special. Melody in particular was fabulous and booked all our experiences and some amazing restaurants for us too, thank you! We will be back again soon!

Romantic Getaway + Absolutly beautiful inside the location space and secure with electric door entry way. The reception staff are welcoming, attentive and helpful. Your personal villa is exactly what you see in the photos. Little oasis with plants surrounding the fence line and pool. The main bedroom is open and spacious with the air con pumping on arrival. Food was lovely. We ordered a couple of times. Breakfast always arrived on time within the time frame requested. You have to order the night before so if you suddenly feel like breakfast the next morning you can’t order through the hotel. We requested a romantic dinner for our 2 year anniversary. They set up candles and roses and catered to us for 2 hours. I would highly recommend these Villas if you want a romantic getaway. It’s not far from Kamala beach as well

Very very nice + We moved to The Bell after our first villa in Kamala failed to meet the standard that was promised on the booking site. The Bell was very very good! We had a lovley 3 bedroom Villa for 5 nights. The villa was good and the service was excellent. We can recommend the in villa dining option where you order through The Bells own app

Perfect for Muslim travellers!!!! + Amazing!The villa is clean and beautiful, peaceful, serene and fully private.Halal food options and such attentive staff. Not beachfront but they provide free shuttle services through and from the beach. Everything is ordered through an App which is so convenient and effective. We had the In villa BBQ dinner which was delicious and special. My boys loved every bit of the resort and is planning to be back again soon!

Private pool villa allowing privacy and quiet + Great idea to have a cluster of rooms as a private pool villa within a services resort. The service was all on app. We had to preorder whatever we needed - limited drinks service and a nice 3 course breakfast preordered was delivered hot. Rooms were comfortable, pool was clean, nice living dining space. The pool deck was a nice place to hang out. They have a massage service which can be pre booked too. Great value for money and close proximity to Kamala beach
