Kì nghỉ rất hài lòng + Phòng ốc khá sạch sẽ, view bể bơi đẹp. Nhân viên lễ tân, bếp phục vụ rất nhiệt tình. Chuyến đi của gđ mình có chút việc đột xuất, không thể ở hết ngày như đã đặt. Tuy nhiên, khi chia sẻ với khách sạn, các bạn đã hỗ trợ rất nhiệt tình để gđ có thể làm thủ tục hoàn phí. Gđ rất cảm ơn KS, cảm ơn bạn Xuân Phượng, Lê Hưng đã hỗ trợ. Chắc chắn mình sẽ ghé lại Everland lần sau! − Đồ ăn chưa được phong phú

Good for a short business trip maybe, not for holiday + The hotel is located in a quiet area, around 10mins walking from the beach, but it's perfect for those who want to get the best of both worlds in Danang. 10mins walking is not much TBH, and there's even a bike rental store just beside the hotel. The rooms were business hotel basic type, had everything but lacked the charm of a boutique hotel. Like instead of a double bed, they joined two beds which separated upon even a little pressure from any odd angle. The buffet breakfast was good. It's a good hotel if you're stopping by for a couple days, not if you're intending to stay in Da Nang for a while and chill. − Only one staff member knew how to speak basic English. They did housekeeping while we were having breakfast, which was odd. That too a shoddy job. The infinity pool is nice, on the 12th floor, but the approach staircase could be maintained better.

But over all stay, It was an 8 of 10 + Our room was nice, it was perfect for me and my daughter. − On our first day, we came in early like 7a.m . We had to wait to check in till 2pm. We did not get the free breakfast . We ended up paying it for our first day.

Hôtel bien situé et agréable pour la découverte à la fois de la plage et du centre avec ses marchés. Personnel agréable + Localisation et petit déjeuner − Besoin d’une rénovation , un peu vieillotte. Bar à l’étage sans personnel

Worst hotel I have ever been in + This was the worst hotel I visited in my life so I did not like anything … − 1. The hotel was extremely dirty. 2. The restaurant was extremely dirty. 3. For a while, there was no water at all, and the rest of the time, the pressure was too low for the shower to work. 4. There is nobody who speaks english so it is impossible to communicate even at a basic level 5. The food was stale, not fresh, and there was no choice. 6. There where drunk Russians at the pool all the time so other clients are not able to use the pool at all 7. The last but not the least - at the checking out of from the hotel the reception lady showed me a picture of a slightly soiled towel – in a completely normal way when you use it– and she asked me if it’s my towel... do not understand that question and its purpose till now …
