+ Атмосферно, красиво. Отличное расположение. Персонал приветливый. Завтрак вкусный. Вкусный кофе можно заказать на планшете, приносят за столик. Лобби уютный. Рядом вкусные кафешки − Не очень чисто. Мы не привередливые, но в ванной комнате отеля должно быть идеально чисто. На завтраке мало горячего. Мы видели только две сосиски и остатки скрэмбла. Хотелось бы бекон и яйца

− S tímto ubytováním jsem bohužel byla velmi nespokojená a rozhodně ho nemohu doporučit. Hotel se mi před příjezdem nepodařilo vůbec kontaktovat. Celý týden jsem se opakovaně snažila dovolat, ale telefon nikdo nezvedal, a na e-maily také nikdo nereagoval. Při příjezdu byl na recepci pravděpodobně pracovník, kterého jsem vzbudila. Komunikace byla velmi nepříjemná a chaotická, téměř nic mi nevysvětlil, nebylo mu pořádně rozumět a působil, jako by ho moje přítomnost obtěžovala. Celkově jsem měla pocit, že o hosty ani jejich pohodlí se zde nikdo příliš nezajímá. Pokoj na mě působil zanedbaně a neudržovaně. Byla na něm viditelná špína a prach, koupelna byla ve velmi špatném stavu a rozhodně nepůsobila dojmem, že byla před příjezdem hosta řádně uklizena. Člověk od hotelu očekává alespoň základní čistotu a hygienu, což zde bohužel nebylo samozřejmostí. Než jsem se šla osprchovat, musela jsem si umýt sprchový kout abych do něho vůbec vlezla. Skvělé!!! Hotel ještě nejednou navštívíme a možná si vysloužíme bonusy pro stálé hosty. + V tomto hotelu se ubytováváme už potřetí. Pokoje nás pokaždé ohromí svým interiérem: pečlivě vybrané starožitné prvky v kombinaci s moderním designem nečekaně vytvářejí pocit pohodlí. Poloha hotelu je skvělá – 5 minut chůze od stanice metra I. P. Pavlova, což je centrum Prahy, a ceny vůbec nejsou typické pro hlavní město. Skvělá snídaně! − Při cestování je třeba počítat s tím, že hotel se nachází v centru a pohyb vlastním vozidlem je během dne přirozeně ztížený. Proto je třeba si správně naplánovat čas.

Best option by far to visit Prague and to not spending much money on accomodation + Location is amazing. Trams to anywhere in the city. A lot of cafes and restaurants nearby. It s a nice place to shower and sleep because you may want to visit Prague as much as you can. It is a good ratio money/services. I would recommand if your plan is to spend your money to anything else then acommodation. − Breakfast could be better Rooms could be cleaner Staff could be nicer Don t know why is saying 4 stars hotel. It is not.

Posizione ottima e staff gentile, camere e colazione migliorabili + Posizione ottima, davvero comoda per tutto. Staff gentile e disponibile. − Peccato per le camere un po' datate con moquette e armadio vecchio. La colazione troppo essenziale pochissima scelta sul dolce.

Excelente lugar para conocer los imprescindibles de Praga + Muy buena relación calidad/precio, su ubicación es muy buena, ya que está muy bien comunicado con el transporte público de la ciudad, e inclusive se puede llegar al centro de la ciudad vieja a pie en unos 20 minutos. El desayuno fue amplio y variado. El personal del staff fue muy amable, hice mi proceso de check-in tarde, casi de madrugada.
