Teeny tiny in Galway + Tiny rooms in very central location, in the Latin quarter. Very easy to get around town from here. Walk straight out to multiple bars and pubs and shops and restos. 5-10 mins walk to Aran Island ferries. The morning breakfast is excellent, especially the fresh fruit. − It's noisy. I eventually used the provided ear plugs to try get a good night's sleep. The hotel was refurbished a few years back but it's starting to feel a bit tired. The rooms are super small and not too practical. The shower was average. There's a lack of power points and unlike many other places we've stayed at over the past couple of weeks, there's no direct USB charger points.

Fun stay, right in the centre of the action + Location was fantastic - View out our bedroom window straight onto the vitality of the Latin Quarter below - buzzing! Staff were lovely and continental breakfast was great. Loved the historic aspect of the property too. − Stairs were a bit of a nightmare with suitcases but staff graciously carried them up for us.

Good location but a bit noisy. + Location is good if walking. Very quant and historic building right in the center of the action. It looks like they recently installed A/C which allowed us to close the window to help filter the noise. Breakfast was very good. − Rooms are tiny. Nowhere to put my suitcase. Shower also very tiny. There are pubs all around the hotel so there is noise until 2 am. If you’re not a late night person it could be an issue.

Einmal und nie wieder! + Das Check-In und Check-out war sehr einfach. Das Personal hat sich Mühe gegeben und waren freundlich − Die Unterkunft ist nie 4 Sterne wert. In einem sehr lärmigen Viertel. Alles sehr eng, Bsp. kleine Zimmer ohne irgendwelche Ablagefläche, kein Lift (für Gehbehinderte absolut ungeeignet), schmutzige Teppiche, Schimmel im Badezimmer, viel zu kleiner Frühstücksraum etc. Preis-/Leistung stimmt in keinem Fall.

Excellent location in the Latin Quarter but be prepared for very old building with size limitations. + Good sound insulation - noise was really not a problem. Great breakfast but small room meant tables not always available. − We were warned about there being no lift - but did not expect room to be so small...

Perfect little (!) bolt hole. + The location is excellent and close to the action. Paid for car park just round the corner was also great. Our TV stopped working and the staff were excellent and very friendly and swapped it for another one straight away. The continental breakfast was perfect for what we wanted. For fancy coffee a shop directly opposite did a great flat white. Bed was comfy and cosy! − Our room was tiny but other rooms were much bigger. We had a dog with us so it was a bit tight! It can be noisy depending on your room. We were ok as used to ear plugs but it was university freshers night and noisy till late.
