Excellent option for Galway visitors with free on-site parking. + Room was lovely and quite spacious with 2 x double beds. Staff were happy to help here with getting luggage to your room. The bar area was cheery and accommodating and meals provided by the restaurant were varied and reasonable in cost. − Like any accommodation in the UK, the bedrooms are upstairs. While this isn’t a significant issue if you are travelling light, it’s a bit different if you’re away from home for 6+ weeks and have quite a bit of luggage with you. Lugging this upstairs at each and every stay wears thin after a period.

+ We had a lovely stay. The hotel is lovely and the staff very helpful and pleasant. Our room was very comfortable and clean. − The only thing I didnt like was the creeper growing around the window,it makes the room very dark. It is lovely growing on the walls of the hotel but too much round the windows

Agradable y acogedora + Es un hotel precioso muy bien situado, con facilidad para aparcar el coche. Tiene una piscina a la que se puede acceder con facilidad y supone un atractivo más del hotel. Las habitaciones eran amplias y tranquilas, limpias, con una camas muy cómodas y unas buenas vista. EL desayuno era muy bueno y completo, así como la comida que nos dieron a pesar de llegar algo tarde. Muy amables.

Very enjoyable stay + Staff went out of their way to be accommodating. The room was very clean and quiet. Location was excellent and close to everything. − Signage was easy to miss driving in. It was also unclear whether breakfast was included or not.

Hôtel complet + Hôtel très beau et l’accès au spa et salle de sport est un réel plus, le personnel est très accueillant − Les équipements de la salle sont en ancien et la vmc était bruyante et encrassée

Given where we wanted to get to in and around Galway was ideal location. + From arrival everything was good room and had use of leisure centre where me used the pool on Tuesday after arrival then used it again on Wednesday and Thursday and overall we fully enjoyed our stay with very helpful and friendly staff. − Nothing all was perfect. The City of Galway is only a short drive from the Hotel. If any the only downside and outside the control of Hotel too many sets of traffic lights in around parts of Galway City.

+ Fantastic and attentive staff team, great atmosphere and very accommodating. Good to have access to the leisure centre and facilities. Room were cozy and had all the necessary amenities. Location within Oranmore was good, a quick walk to the centre of town and bus access down the road. − Regarding location - a car is definitely needed if wanting to go into Galway, bus serves are irregular and the train station is quite a walk (not a reflection of the hotel itself). Unfortunately the beds in our double twin room were extremely uncomfortable- felt like sleeping on plastic and cardboard at the same time.
