+ Nous avons d’abord séjourner une nuit puis nous avons souhaité prolonger notre séjour. Marina est venue spontanément vers nous à l’hôtel et a été très disponible et à l’écoute. Nous avons pu visiter une chambre avant de valider notre réservation, elle a su nous accompagner au delà de nos attentes et a répondu à toutes nos questions. Elle est également très disponible sur WhatsApp lorsque nous en avons besoin. Hôtel propre, le ménage est fait chaque jour dans la chambre, nourriture variée, le buffet est propre, ainsi que les piscines. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour et nous recommandons cet hôtel.

Hôtel pas un 5 étoile + L accès à la mer les nombreuses piscines et le personnel adorable. − Aucune personne francophone, Très peu d animation en journée Piscine calme et très peu de musique . Le soir les activités s arrêtent trop tôt 23h. Spectacle et animation du soir payante. Le buffet manque de fruit et est fermé trop tot .

+ Excellent hotel! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the service was excellent. The food was great, and the overall atmosphere was wonderful. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great experience. A special mention to (Marina) the Guest Relation — truly the best Guest Relation you could ever meet in a hotel. She was extremely professional, friendly, helpful, and always made sure that everything was perfect. Her attention to detail and warm attitude made my stay even more enjoyable. I will definitely come back again

Bon séjour familial 😎☀️ + Les chambres, les différentes piscines et l’Aquapark. − La nourriture était moyenne et le service à améliorer: nous aurions apprécié que les serveurs viennent nous voir spontanément pour nous installer à table et/ou prendre la commande des boissons par exemple. La qualité des animations le soir mérite aussi être améliorée.

Séjour en famille agréable + Un bon séjour en famille au stella beach resort makadi Service clientele au top surtout madame Marina yarovenko qui est vraiment à l'écoute , tiens à la satisfaction de la clientèle et de leurs séjours , personnels très respectueux, hôtel propre et bien entretenu, chambre familiale communicante et spacieuse, un point très positif pour les bracelets permettant l'ouverture de la porte de la chambre (facilite énormément l'accès à la chambre sans se soucier d'être en possession de la carte) et aussi l'ouverture nocturne de l'aquaparc,une belle plage avec un ponton sympa comprenant deux zones de nage et snorkeling une profonde et l'autre moins pour les enfants avec des douches, casiers et bancs pour attendre , buffet pour tous les goûts, plusieurs restaurants à la carte proposer gratuitement pendant le séjour. Sehr schön + Es war sehr schön. Schöne Anlage mit den Golfcar zur anderen Anlage und zum Wasserpark war einen nie langweilig. Alles sauber, Essen gut, personal wirklich freundlich − Die Verkäufer die dir ununterbrochen eine Massage oder Ausflüge verkaufen wollen sehr unangenehm teilweise

Relax e divertimento + Struttura pulita con una dedizione maniacale per la gestione del verde. Villaggio molto grande con 3 piscine molto grandi dove ci si può rilassare dopo una giornata al mare sorseggiando cocktail nei bar nella piscina stessa. Spiaggia di sabbia con moltissimi ombrelloni per cui non c’è bisogno di correre per occuparli, teli mare a disposizione gratuitamente con cambio giornaliero. La barriera corallina è dopo il pontile, non è come andare a fare la gita in barca ( bellissimo super consigliato) dove sembrava di essere in un acquario, ma ha comunque il suo fascino Servizio ristorazione sopra la media considerando che siamo in Egitto e personale di sala molto gentile Prenotato con Booking è possibile avere un bicchiere di spremuta di arancia gratuita durante la colazione. Servizio spa con prezzi ottimi e personale molto competente. Animazione internazionale con ragazzi simpatici ma non invasivi. − Nulla

+ The water park is amazing! We had so much fun during both the day and at night. It was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The service was also very good. A special thank you to Marina from Guest relations, who was extremely nice and helpful. She made sure that everything we needed and wanted was taken care of, and she really made our stay more comfortable. − The beach itself wasn’t sandy, and to reach the sea you have to walk quite a long way across a bridge before being able to get into the water. This wasn’t very convenient for us with little kids, especially when they just want to play and easily get into the sea.
