سيئه جدا جدا جدا للأسف لن تكرر مره أخرى + لا شي أبدا عدم النظافه وانسداد بلوعات الحمام للأسف دون حل من مسئولين الفندق عدم نظافه المكان وجود قمل علي الصوفه وتم إبلاغ مقدمين الخدمه يفتقد المكان لنظافه الداخليه للأثاث والمرافق والخارجيه لعدم نظافه المكان الخارجي وتكويم الزبايل وانقطاع الكهرباء لفترات طويله وعدم وجود دعم موالد كهرباء احطياتي لخدمه زوار الفندق تجرّبه سيئه ولكن تتكرر مره أخرى انصح بعدم الزرياره لنها خابت توقعاتي − عدم النظافه وانسداد بلوعات الحمام للأسف دون حل من مسئولين الفندق عدم نظافه المكان وجود قمل علي الصوفه وتم إبلاغ مقدمين الخدمه يفتقد المكان لنظافه الداخليه للأثاث والمرافق والخارجيه لعدم نظافه المكان الخارجي وتكويم الزبايل وانقطاع الكهرباء لفترات طويله وعدم وجود دعم موالد كهرباء احطياتي لخدمه زوار الفندق تجرّبه سيئه ولكن تتكرر مره أخرى انصح بعدم الزرياره لنها خابت توقعاتي أصوات الكلاب وتواجدهم بشكل متكاثر جدا غير امن للأطفال

+ The property itself is lovely, I have stayed before band was super happy. Sadly management must have changed in the past year and it has become very run down ! The only staff member that truly was helpful and knowledgeable is Omar and I thank him for all his help and making my stay okay. − The rooms are very run down, as I do appreciate their “upgrade” it was not really one as the tidiness and cleanliness was not good at all. Floors were dirty ( walked barefoot and had no joke black feet like I walked on the street), bathroom has multiple issues from water not draining, Urin stains behind the toilet… kitchenette had bare minimum and all furniture was very used and worn down. It’s not as it was and not as shown on pictures! Also not true to Travelholic stays. Regardless of the location Mokathem it should be what you pay for correct?
