Met my needs for a one-night stop in the center of Manchester. + Simple check in and good breakfast. − It was not clear where to park or how to access the hotel from the public car park.

I definitely consider Hyatt house shall I visit Manchester again! + The location was perfect next to the university and the room very quiet (as I had wished). The view was great. The staff was very nice and helpful and importantly, did not appear stressed or overworked (I hope that's not just an impression!). − The breakfast was in many ways very good, but there could have been more vegan and gluten free options.

We would recommend this hotel for a quiet stay in Manchester + Very clean, almost feels like everything was brand new. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bed sheets, duvet lovely and soft. Pillows were good too. A feeling of silky good quality material. The view from the room was lovely and we had a good nights sleep. It was lovely and quiet. Breakfast was very good. − It was too far to walk to the main shopping area and train station. We had to get an Uber every time. A small bathroom make-up mirror and light would be beneficial. No teaspoons at breakfast.

Amazing welcome by friendly reception staff + 5 star welcome and efficient check-in process. The reception staff member Frankie was extremely polite, kind and helpful. I was travelling with my wife and baby along with my 74 year old mum. Frankie was very nice to them and welcomed all of us warmly. Room was beautiful, clean and had amazing views of Manchester city centre. Will definitely stay there again − N/A

A home away from home + They thought of everything except lotion. Having two separate rooms each with a tv. Huge bathroom that even had washcloths. A microwave oven and choices of coffee in the room. Fast and large elevators − Can’t think of anything
