+ Very nice hotel staff we're lovely and were very obliging ideal location for a visit to London − Room was modest ...the breakfast regular nothing out of the ordinary ...not alot of seats in the lobby to relax and people watch or read the paper

إقامة لا تُنسى، وخدمة تستحق كل التقدير + كانت إقامة راقية ومريحة تجاوزت توقعاتي. الفندق هادئ جدًا، والغرف نظيفة ومريحة، وجميع الموظفين كانوا ودودين ومتعاونين طوال فترة إقامتي. كما أسعدني اهتمام الفندق باحتياجات الضيوف المسلمين، حيث كانت الغرفة مجهزة بسجادة صلاة ونسخة من القرآن الكريم، بالإضافة إلى وجود شطاف في الحمام، وهي تفاصيل صغيرة لكنها أحدثت فرقًا كبيرًا في راحتي. الموقع ممتاز وقريب من أماكن التسوق والمطاعم، ومع ذلك يتمتع الفندق بأجواء هادئة. أشكر جميع العاملين على حسن الضيافة والاهتمام بالتفاصيل، وسأكون سعيدة بالإقامة فيه مرة أخرى عند زيارتي القادمة إلى لندن − لم يكن هناك أي شيء أزعجني خلال إقامتي. كانت التجربة سلسة وممتعة، وكل شيء كان على مستوى توقعاتي
