+ The resort was very nice, the Food was excellent at the Italian restaurant. The food at the Latino restaurant was average. The breakfast buffet was really nice. The lunch at the beach house is manageable but the dinner at the beach house restaurant is bad. I gave four star, one star was taken out because of the beach. They really try hard to keep it clean, but no one can swim because of the sargasso. The staff at all over the resort is friendly except at the reception. The staff at the reception tried to sell me an expensive room and they offered immediate check-in, when I declined, they gave rooms to others while I sat. This does not look nice for someone who comes to this resort for the first time. The pools are really nice, there is a kids friendly pool and there is adult pool, the are well maintained and cleaned. People should definitely visit this resort. It is definitely a value for the money I would say better than Hilton next to it.

+ The property was clean and well maintained. Very quiet and did not feel crowded. Staff was AMAZING! Every need met timely and with a smile. Food was OK, all inclusive food is meh anyway, but felt the options were limited and taste was average.

+ The food was a hit and miss. Rita’s tacos was good but the rest of the restaurants were just ok. One night the food was good but it was served cold. By the time the server came back around it had been 20 minutes so it was no point in replacing. Room service did not have a lot of options. It was hard to get a decent drink there. The only bar with a menu was compass bar and they only gave me a menu on the last couple days of a 7 night trip. Every other time the bartender would give the mocktail menu and I would add a shot to it. When they finally gave the real menu the new bartender said “we don’t have that here” when I showed him a picture of the mocktail menu that they kept giving me. That’s when they gave me the real menu. It seems that they don’t want to give you the menu so they can keep serving the drinks that are easier to make. + Such a beautiful resort. Kids had a blast with the swim out rooms and choice of activities. Able to book excursions easily at fron desk. Booked and out on a snorkeling boat in 45 minutes! Great family vacation.

+ Solid experience with many small bumps along the trip. The staff at times didn’t offer much help after multiple request. The staff were nice. Definitely recommend for an older couple. Not much night life but they have events shown on their app. The road to get there is terrible but that isn’t their fault.

+ I stayed at this property for 4 days and it was one of the most disappointing vacations I’ve ever had. The staff was very impolite, the room service was bad, and the so-called “all inclusive” system is a joke since you only get a few points that can be finished with just two beers. The food was extremely limited, and on three different occasions they didn’t even have beef or chicken, leaving us to eat tacos with only cheese. The photos online are completely misleading, there were no activities at all, and overall the resort looked nothing like what was advertised. Everything about this stay fell far below expectations, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

+ Margaritaville resort was very nice experience, relaxing and peaceful. My family stayed in this resort two years in a row. Meals and daily activities they prepared every day were amazing. We stayed in a ocean view room, it was cleaned every day changed sheets. Overall i recommend !!

+ Pros: - Hotel is close to the airport, about 22 mins. - Property was quiet and not crowded when we visited in October. - Staff are friendly and very helpful. - Pools are clean and not crowded - Very family friendly and has a kids club - The property is slowly showing its age but it is well-maintained. - I really enjoyed the food from the restaurants- Frank and Lola's Italian and the asian fusion restaurants, Taco house and beach house. The asian fusion could use more kid friendly menu. Cons: - The shower walls and floors has brown coloured tiles and small patterns which I found irritating. There was quite abit of brown grout in-between the tiles. I didn’t look forward to showering and I always wore bathroom slippers to shower. With the brown colour, its hard to tell how dirty the shower area is. - The tap water had a strong rotten smell coming from it. Not sure if this because of the hurricane season time of year. - The area rug in our room could use some deep cleaning or …
