An absolutely phenomenal view with food and staff to match! + I visited Grand Park Royale with my family from May 12 – May 19. My brother and I stayed in room #710 and my parents in room #711. Our stay was fantastic. The maid kept our rooms clean, Berto (the drink attendant to our room) kept us well stocked, we loved watching the ocean from our balcony, and we really enjoyed watching the Funtastic Team lead people in dance and in pool activities down below. Oh, and on note of the Funtastic Team, there was a woman named Alexia who was particularly helpful when my brother and I were looking for towels on the first day. Even though it was probably outside of her department, she helped us find them and was really kind throughout the process. The restaurants were also magnificent. No volvería a este hotel + La comida y la habitación − Que no tenian el personal adecuado, la capacidad de los restaurantes era insuficiente con espera de casi 1 hr y media, no tienen aire acondicionado ni ventilacion en 2 de sus restaurantes, no había toallas para playa, no tienen suficientes camastros, los shows nocturnos son muy aburridos y simples, no tienen buenas actividades para el dia, el personal del área de niños no tiene tacto ni la capacidad para atender a los niños

2 STARS HOTEL WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!! + When deciding on a place to stay, we will always go by the star rating. Grand Park Royal Puerto Vallarta was 4 Stars. This is so far from the truth I would maybe rate the hotel a 2 Stars. From the beginning to end the experience was a nightmare. When we arrived while checking nothing was explained to us, no maps or explanation of the facilities, or Premiere benefits, which there were absolutely none!!! We had a Premiere room and bracelet, but the experience didn't reflect that at any time. No special reservations for dinner, no pool, lounge, drinks or dining room. The door to the room would only open part way, the curtains were falling off the rod and no way to close it. The elevators were filthy, mirrors rug dirty. The common areas were atrocious, sitting in the lounge it was dirty, the seats stained the floors not swept the glasses cups not cleared. There definitely weren't enough employees, only one person for the whole lounge. I did see many…

Pesimo + Solamente la comida − En ningún momento se me informo desde que pague la reservación en la plataforma que el Hotel estaba en remodelación y que por ende, la mitad del hotel estaba cerrado. Así mismo, la única alberca habilitada en ese sentido siempre estaba muy sucia por que todos los huespedes estaban en la misma. Me quise quejar al respecto y el personal se lavo las mano. Simplemente molesto con todo lo relacionado a mi estancia.

Hotel en remodelacion con pocos espacios + La playa es muy bonita, tiene buena ubicación y es muy tranquila − El hotel está en remodelacion y hay solo 1 alberca, 1 solo regadera para enjuagarte saliendo de la playa y todo esta muy amontonado, muy pocos camastros como en la playa como en la alberca; los pocos restaurantes que tienen estan muy llenos y hay que esperar más mucho tiempo para poder ingresar :(

+ el hotel esta muy completo en restaurantes, bares, y la playa de hotel es muy bonita, las habitaciones son muy amplias y el personal muy amable, el gimnasio tiene una vista increíble. − comentaron que estaba por cambiar de nombre y la pintura de los exteriores se veia deteriorada pero fuera de eso en general muy bien.

Hotel con maginifica playa + Lo mejor definitivamente es la ubicación en una playa privilegiada, playa las gemelas una de las mejores playas de Puerto Vallarta, increíble la arena, el color del mar, el oleaje, la privacidad de la playa. − La infraestructura y comodidad del hotel están muy bien, las habitaciones confortables, el mobiliario esta muy decente, no es un hotel de lujo pero es aceptable, lo que deja mucho que desear es el área de la alberca, muy pequeña y el servicio del bar, bebidas y alimentos muy deficiente. Definitivamente lo peor es la calidad de alimentos y bebidas, así como el servicio de los meseros y hostess.
