No crowds, excellent mattresses! + Excellent mattress, most comfortable as seen in last year:) Small hotel and no crowds:) Good for one night business trip. − Location is far, but as Bolt is working well, was not a problem. Panorama is just a name.

Overprice hotel with poor breakfast and amenities. + We came for the jazz festival and hotel is close to the venue, room was decent in size. Staff at the reception were nice and helpful. − Overall hotel is outdated, listed as 4 stars, but more likely between 2 and 3. Breakfast was very poor, limited selection, nothing warm, one morning found mud on the tomatoes. Breakfast area is the same with the hotel entrance, check-in desk and waiting area for elevator. Doors to terrace were closed. Room size decent, but bathroom small and smelly.

+ Rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable, air conditioning in the room, nice terrace outside, free parking, minibar. Nice lady at the reception but not too much interaction as the reception was opened only week days for a few hours. − The shower only had a curtain so water would fill the bathroom when you showered, breakfast was not so good definitely not a 4 star breakfast and the staff was always in a hurry. We were there for the EC festival and the breakfast was served until 09:30 (bread, some eggs, cheese, salami, some yogurt and 7days croissant). For the price we paid and the fact that it's a four star hotel it definitely doesn't fit these standards.

our stay was very pleaseant, adjasent to Jazz in the Park festival + I liked the access by code option, cardless − the breakfast area is pretty small and could be held on the terrace especially in the summer months
