Think twice about Sogo Hotel + It was not so good. The reception staff was not friendly for starters. The air conditioner was very loud, the bed was uncomfortable, and there was no hot water for the shower. Also, there was no window in the room as the ad said city view. The only bright spot was that the room service was very good.

great short stay at this clean and safe property + stayed at the Roxas Blvd Branch in Pasay today and it was great! All of the staff and Management were extremely helpful and professional during the checkin and checkout process. The manager even escorted me to my room to ensure that everything was satisfactory. I will definitely be staying here again.

+ Came from outside Manila and needed hotel near VA medical clinic not knowing this was a Red Light hotel not a family hotel with X-rated TV programs. It’s a smoking hotel with signs stating “No smoking” also bed bugs.

Dodgy and rip off when they can. + Was ok but not the best, Food was average, The food I wanted they never had during the whole stay. Also when I checked out I was made to pay again for some of the food even though I paid for everything I ordered when it was delivered to me, I paid cash. So actually very unhappy.
