+ Wunderschönes Haus in ruhiger Lage, ortsnah (10 Minuten Fussmarsch vom Ortskern), sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, Tee, Kaffee (es gab sogar Frischmilch!), tolles Ambiente, sehr nette Vermieterin. − Lediglich ein Herd zum Kochen fehlte uns, da wir keine Mikrowellenfans sind.

Very welcoming lovely house with a nice host, Ali + Lovely house, very nice kitchen and living room facilities, Ali was very helpful in giving me tips on what to visit in the area. The bed was very comfortable and the house is in a quiet environment with lots of birds singing in the surrounding gardens. Breakfast is not included but Akito Eatery serves a delicious granola and yogourt and is not far. − Somewhere to hang clothes, even if it were just a coat hook as well as hooks in the bathroom.

very pleasant. i like the photo and the comment from booking .com. did not disappoint. + Neat amd tidy, look cozy yet still classy. Alis is friendly and helpful. very near little oneroa beach, which is lovely to visit. − it was my choice to have 2 single downstair, next to bathroom. the footstep from upstair was obvious in the night. There were also fairly loud music playing. Its bearable and did not spoilt the stay.

+ Lovely & clean 👌 Loved the tea/coffee & milk available 😋 − Thought it would be nice to have maybe some fruit, yoghurt, toast & cereals for breakfast, so people could help themselves.One couple there were waiting for breakfast as they thought it was a bed & breakfast.!

Welcoming and Comfort in Style + Our hostess was friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, I locked us out of our room on Sunday morning. Ally rescued us with a kind smile. Kiwi House is tastefully decorated with an emphasis on comfort and soft colour. Our beds were comfortable with quality pillows. − We did have to wait occasionally for the bathroom. But it was sparkling clean and the hand towel and bath mat were replaced each day.

would recommend for solo travellers on a budget + Very clean with a comfy bed. Easy check in and instructions on how to get there were super helpful Close to public transport Lots of Tui birds around which are lovely to listen to − Carrying a suitcase up the small stair well is a challenge. Lamps in the bedroom would be super handy Netflix remote had had the batteries removed from it.

Kiwi accommodation at its best + Awesome place to stay. My daughter and I came for a girls weekend - easy walk to Oneroa and bis stop. Really thoughtful accom, very comfy bed. Was lovely surprise that there were small fridges and basic kitchen (no cooking, but has microwave/toaster) so could enjoy breakfast together. Hosts were easy to deal with - and very accommodating when I needed to change dates. Highly recommend.
