+ Great location, nice and peaceful place to relax. On arrival we were upgraded to the Tube Resort next door from Sandy Bay as they said the Bungalows there needed some TLC. − Regular power outages, water shut off mid shower once. I would like to address one safety issue as I am a Hot Water Plumber by Trade. The electric water heater in the shower was installed too close to the shower head and the outer case clashed with the edge of the wall causing the case to not be secured properly leaving it open to water getting inside the case full of live wires. Water + electricity + people is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Just want to save you from that drama. Otherwise it was a great stay and I would stay again.

+ Ładna plaża, dobre śniadanie − W pokoju było tyle komarów że nie dało się spać ponad to o szóstej rano statek na plaży strasznie hałasował, jest to miejsce na odludziu nie ma skuterów tuktukow możesz wydostać się tylko wodną taksówką, są 3 bary drogie jak na Kambodżę

Mature couple from England. + The Staff were amazing,and the manager went above and beyond. The beach and sea are amazing,so clean. The swimming pool was great. − Bathroom in the bungalow.

− Laufend waren Parties und total Laute Musik.Zudem die Preise fürs Essen und Trinken total überteuert.Die Hinfahrt wurden wir trotz Ticket nicht in Sanlaem abgesetzt und mussten fürs Taxi nochmal 15 Dollar zahlen.

I really enjoyed my time at Sandy beach! The facility and beach were more than what I had expected. + The beach was beautiful, very secluded, and no floating trash in the water. We, a party of seven, were very impressed with the facility. It was a very nice, very clean property. The staff was friendly and very helpful. They tried to meet our every need. The food was good. I was very impressed, the pool was very, very clean! − While we were there, there were many mosquitoes and sand fleas. The room should be sprayed for mosquitoes. My room has many mosquitoes, and they bite me at night.

+ Staff were amazing and very kind. Gave us a free upgrade as they were so quiet. − Location is extremely isolated. We stayed for 3 days and stayed at the resort as the taxi boat to the north of the island was quoted at $15 pp each way. Food was okay but not the best, did the job for 3 nights

Calm and relax places + The stuff was very friendly. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The Stuff even showed us the way to hike around the hotel and get to the other beaches. Very peaceful and calm − We felt a little left behind When they did special things for the other guest such as bonfires and beach dinner. I guess you have to pay extra for that but we never got an offer.
