The building needs pest control to get rid of cockroaches. + The location is good, and the room is spacious. − A bad smell coming from the bathroom, lots of cockroaches.

+ It's modern, staff replaced dirty towel fast − Cokroaches infested and no proper treatment 🚫🚫🚫 They put like a small trap next to the fridge but this won't help, they're everywhere under the bed, hallway this needs professional treatment. Killed around 10 and whenever turn off light or leave room there's 5 new one there, absolutely avoid this place 👎👎👎 Per se it's nice and new, only negative was I got a stained towel at arrival which they changed upon request.. Also the signs about not leaving valuables, don't do anything against the law and a outrageous price list (like 5usd for broken cup or 20 usd for kettle, they cost like 7usd) are something I've never seen somewhere else and give it a bad vibe Don't know who manages this but they sure don't care about this place much or are absolutely ignorant and incompetent, especally about the serious cokroaches infestation.

+ Hotel location near the river, good WiFi and elevator, nice flat screen TV, clean toilet − Few bugs also found small lizard in my room. The staff was polite, but they increase the daily rate for me, they added three dollars to the room price started from day two, for the very same room.

Avoid.At.All.Costs I tried leaving a Google Review but it did not go through for 4 weeks. + If I could leave a 0 star review I would. This has been by far one of the worst 'hotel' experiences I have encountered throughout many years of travelling. The first red flag was at check in. The staff were some of the most apathetic people, nothing like the friendly Cambodians I have met throughout the rest of the country. We were hardly greeted, then eventually handed our room cards with no further explanation - it would have been appreciated to let us know that there were separate cards to use the lift and to enter your room. My family and I had booked 3 separate rooms. One room had not been cleaned properly and had filthy towels still left on the bed. Another room had a fridge crawling with bugs and stains on the We went straight back downstairs to tell reception this. The towels were eventually rectifyed, but not the fridge during our stay. + Everything great ! Exactly 2 girls on reception are so helpful.. special thanks to the girl from reception Seanghai (ยาดิ สาฬิชิยา). And the boy housekeeping is also nice one .

+ The building looked nice. − Paid for a studio apartment, didn't even get a microwave for food, no cutlery (had to ask for it and even then only received it day two but they didn't have spoons), t.v wouldn't work unless I physically fiddled with it everyday, had to ask for tissues/toilet paper, overall it was not worth the money or time. The area is a nice place for a quick visit so people should go but not stay at this hotel.

The location and price are good but the cleanliness isn't up to par. If I had the chance I wouldn't go there aga + Location − I think they don't pay much attention to cleanliness and don't change or wash the covers regularly; you can see the dirt from a distance
