Simply incredible + I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with any questions. Service was okay, turnover was decent, food was great but the customer service at the front desk is subpar. + My stay at The Edition was incredibly disappointing, primarily due to the lack of communication and poor customer service. Since checkout, there have been multiple discrepancies regarding the final charges for our room. My credit card initially had a hold placed on it, but even now I’m still unable to determine what my actual final charge is. Instead, I’ve seen three separate charges related to our room, with no clear explanation of what each charge represents. To make matters worse, when I called the billing department for clarification, the representative hung up on me in the middle of our conversation. I have yet to receive a callback or successfully get in touch with anyone who can resolve the issue. Amazing beach day + We had an amazing experience at the beach thanks to Julian and Omar! They took great care of our family, setting us up with two chairs and an umbrella and making sure we were comfortable throughout the day. Traveling with a small child can be challenging, but they were incredibly attentive, friendly, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Their professionalism and genuine kindness made our beach day relaxing and stress-free. Julian and Omar went above and beyond with excellent customer service, and their positive attitudes really stood out. We truly appreciated everything they did and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great beach experience. Thank you both for making our day so enjoyable!

Never again + I’d wanted to stay here for a while, but wouldn’t return again. We had a bungalow suite for 8 nights, which retailed at over $30,000. We got a good deal, and I’m glad we did, as the room’s main feature is its own pool on the balcony. It was disgusting - unclean, leaking, not filtering. The hotel was plagued with pigeons - literally bird mess everywhere on the balcony - to the point we couldn’t walk out without calling down to have it cleaned. We requested it to be cleaned each morning, rather than us having to phone each morning. It didn’t happen once. In the room next door they allowed a party to happen twice - two nights in a row - on their balcony. Just totally inadequate staff and care.

Cigarette Friendly Resort Apparently + The Miami Beach Edition has long been one of my favorite hotels anywhere in the world and in hometown nonetheless!!! The property remains visually stunning, the rooms are immaculate, and several teams-including bell staff, housekeeping, spa front desk, and spa technicians-continue to deliver truly exceptional service. That said, during my recent stay, I noticed a decline in several areas that matter at a luxury property charging premium rates, a $75 resort fee, and $80 nightly valet. Smoking on property was the most surprising issue. Guests were openly smoking cigarettes at the pool, on the Matador Bar terrace, and even at the chairs directly beside the front entrance. The smell of an ashtray frequently drifted through shared spaces, at times making the area feel more like a Days Inn. than a flagship Marriott luxury property. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ + William, Nico, and Clay did an amazing job taking care of me and my little dog at the beach! They were friendly, attentive, and made sure we were comfortable with our chair and umbrella. They went above and beyond to make our beach day relaxing and enjoyable. Great service from all three of them — definitely recommend!

Exquisite stay with Edition + Exquisite stay!!!!! We booked suite with huge outdoor sitting and private pool with view over the poolside. Love everything about this hotel from the amenities, service and definitely coming back!

Buen hotel, mala suerte por cantidad de sargazo + Moderno, limpio y buena ubicación, buenos restaurantes y habitación cómoda − No está diferenciado la parte de niños y solo adultos y que la gente mete bebidas dentro de la piscina, incluso había gente comiendo dentro y eso hace que entren pocas ganas de entrar a la misma
