Desapareció un colgante de la habitación y el modo de proceder por parte del hotel fue bastante precario y poco profesio − Uno de los Motivos por lo cual contraté la estadía fue por el spa . El día previo al check in envían mensaje para comunicar q el acceso es con turno, lo cual no está especificado en la publicación. Por supuesto q al llegar al hotel a partir de las 15 hs q es el horario de check in, ya no tenían turnos para ese día en el spa. Fuimos por dos noches y Solo pudimos ir 50 minutos un solo día. Otro punto a considerar, la climatización. Tuvimos q pedir frazadas porq hacía frío en las habitaciones.

Overall, good. + Large room with lots of light (facing the casino). − At night, the area isn’t the most pretty. The hotel doesn’t have parking, so you have to find a place on the street nearby, and you’re always approached by insistent “trapitos” (+ having to pay through the SEM app to park on the street during the day). The hotel has a “deal” with a nearby parking lot but it’s expensive ($25.000 per day in August 2026). Whenever we wanted to shower, we had to call reception because the water was cold. We had to wait for ca. 15 minutes after that before being able to shower.
