De kluis was onbruikbaar. De mankementen werden aangegeven maar er gebeurde niets mee. Er werd aangeboden om het appartement te laten poetsen maar er werd in dezelfde communicatie afstand gedaan van hun verantwoordelijk bij diefstal. Dat geeft absoluut geen vertrouwen.
