+ Die Lage, der Wellnessbereich und die Aussicht sind herrlich. Leider setzt das Hotel auf Gruppentourismus und es fehlt an der Organisation. Wenn ganze Gruppen das Buffet stürmen fehlt immer etwas, keine Teller, Platten sind leer und werden erst nach Nachfrage wieder nachgeliefert. Auch haben wir keinen Teller gesehen der nicht beschädigt gewesen wäre, schade.

Quand nous sommes arrivés une jeune femme réprimandait son collègue devant les clients en le menaçant de lui coller un avertissement… tellement pas pro

+ Frühstück-Buffet gut und ausreichend. Essen à la Carte sehr gut, Buffet gut. SPA: sehr schön, sauber und angenehm. Umkleide und Duschen sind sehr. gut und sauber. Personal sehr freundlich. − Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen. Bad könnte renoviert werden. Die Teppichböden könnten erneuert werden -> heller. Teppich könnte auch durch Parkett oder Fliessen ersetzt werden.

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour en appartement, personnel très agréable, piscine extérieure super. + Beaucoup aimé l'espace piscine extérieur, le jacuzzi, le balcon de l'appartement. Pratique pour un week-end! − Dans la cuisine il manquait d'équipements pour manger confortablement, notamment le nombre de tasses, bols, qui n'étaient pas adaptés pour notre groupe.
