Enjoyed the stay and all was good + All aspects were good - room, location and breakfast. The shower cubicle was a but small and I out two extra small hooks in the shower cubicle - hope you don’t object. − The corners inside of the shower cubicle should be cleaned better with a brush! TV difficult to navigate and I wasn’t able to get a picture! The toilet paper ran out and there was it another roll in the unit.

Kleines Hotel sehr zentral! + Wir waren nach neun Jahren das zweite Mal hier! Es ist noch alles so wie damals, wie wir es in Erinnerung hatten! Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die Promenade von Hermanus, alles ist schnell erreichbar! Der junge Mann der die Unterkunft betreut, war sehr, sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und wurde jeden Tag tip top gereinigt,wie auch die gesamte Unterkunft sehr sauber war. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt! − Die Gutscheine für das Frühstück reichen nur für ein kleines Frühstück, alles andere muss man zu zahlen! Das war vor Jahren noch anders und das Frühstück war damals sehr gut! Schade! Wer nur wenig frühstückt, ist es okay! Die Unterkunft selbst ist auch sehr hellhörig. Wenn der Nachbarn schnarcht oder laut ist, kann man nicht so gut schlafen.

We enjoyed our stay. + I loved the bedding, comfy bed and spacious bathroom was lovely. Close to everything a person could need. Breakfast was outsourced but it was wonderful. Friendly owners at both restaurants we ate breakfast. The receptioner of 24/17 was very friendly and accommodating. − The double bunk was a bit in the way of bathroom door and also the shower entrance not spacious enough.

Reasonable but very central. Staff very pleasant and helpful + Close to everything − Room fairly clean, blanket on bed had dirt marks. Room not dusted properly, the little cutlery & crockery not cleaned properly. Bathroom sliding door didn’t slide properly. No shower gel or shampoo/ conditioner. Room needs blockout curtains or blinds as the room is lit ip from the outside lights.

limpieza muy justa + la ubicacion esta muy bien que esta al lado de todo, por lo demas el sitio es pequeño, pero acogedor y aparcas dentro, que a la noche cierran la vaya − la limpieza deja mucho que desear, nos dieron la habitacion con el baño sin limpiar. para mas de 1 dia o 2 la havitacion es incomoda y el desayuno, en realidad te dan un bono para que vayas a un sitio ahi al lado, lo que viene en el bono es muy basico y acabas pidiendo mas cosas del restaurante, asi que es mas un bono descuento del restaurante que desayuno incluido

+ Very central to all the restaurants and the whale watching point. There is a private parking in the premises and a very good breakfast option. − There was a damp/ wet smell in the room.
