Good location, disappointing room experience, as you can see in my photo + The location was good, lots of shopping, and places to eat. Close to all transportation − The room was not described correctly. Stated deluxe double room, and picture showed a room with floor space. The room had a mattress wedged between 3 walls, the only floor space was an area between the end of the bed, and the door big enough for 1 person to stand. Not big enough for my wife and I to get dressed at the same time. One of us had to stay on bed while the other got dressed Very disappointing, was not the room we expected, based on how they represented the room description and pictures And there was always men at the entrance asking if we need Cocain, or women.. would not stay here again

Cheap, secure, central + It's budget accommodation, tiny windowless rooms in the heart of Kowloon. It's clean, secure, inexpensive, has air con, and room is cleaned every day and fresh towels provided. − Lifts are slow and there is often a line waiting. Chungking Mansions are sleezy and dirty, and be the whole thing is a fire hazard waiting to be happen.

Poor + Atleast their bathroom was clean. − We didn’t like the location and the overall amenities. The rooms weren’t the ones we expected. Not enough space to move even just to simply open your luggage. Our rooms were located at Building C and the area and way to go there isn’t very vacation friendly. We came there to relax but the place overall isn’t relaxing.

Passable − Our personal towel was mixed with the towels provided and the staff did not return our towel. The cups provided had cigarette ashes in it when it was delivered. Our remote control for the TV was not functioning.

+ 駅に近く、部屋は綺麗で、スタッフの対応も丁寧でした。 唯一、トイレの水が溜まりにくく、シャワーを貯水タンクに入れて対応していたことはマイナスでした。

Poor + Location is good. − Bedsheets not clean. Faulty aircon and showers. Extra charge of 300++ HKD for the rooms that was already paid, said it was for room service - too expensive for poor service!

not good very bad + no breakfast − we expected that we will stay in 12 th Floor as stipulated in the confirmed booking but to our surprise we stayed in 17th floor cannot be reached by elevator because their elevator is only on 16th follow we are 12 persons with children and senior citizen so we need to used stairs to carry ou heavy luggages

+ Worst place I have ever stayed. Please note that this is not a separate building, just some rooms on the 12th floor of the building with many similar "hotels" in it. The staff spoke very little English and couldn't give me directions, so a nice policeman showed me how to get there. There are only 2 lifts for this busy building and they are always occupied so you have to queue for ages to get upstairs. I went exploring the first day and when I came back in the evening my room was open. Anyone could have taken my things because the staff went to my room when I wasn't there and left doors open, even though I had specifically said I didn't want anyone to come in. Luckily I had all my valuables with me. The attitude of the staff was also terrible... plus you can hear everything that's going on in reception, the lounge and other rooms. The place is not soundproof at all... the staff were watching videos and making private calls all night, so not a peaceful atmosphere at all... it was…

Pictures are misleading. I'd pay more and go elsewhere + NOTHING. AVOID AT ALL COST. True that the price is cheap and the location is central BUT it is dirty filthy, small and scary.
