Absolutely loved it. Pleasant, calm and relaxing all around. Highly recommended and I will be back . + Amazing Staff members all around. Amazing service, all staff really helpful, supportive and friendly. a really safe secure place to stay. Warm and comfortable. I was totally relaxed and enjoyed every minute of my time spent there. And the fact I could have my dog with me at all times. Absolutely outstanding. I loved my time there. − I couldn't work out how to use the coffee machine and it accidentally came apart when I was trying to work it out. And unfortunately didn't get to have a coffee. But other than that. A fantastic time spent there. It would be great in future if there were a guide or instructions on how to use the coffee machine

Communication was good, loved the location. + Location and very comfortable − It wasn’t clean throughly as we found a cigarette on the desk seat.

We would stay again + Front desk great staff Location near ferry to city Good local cafes Bed comfortable and bathroom clean. − House cleaning could be more attentive to room checking. T shirt left under lounge pillow and underware left under TV desk from previous client. Shower conditioner empty and no tea bags in room. These were given when asked promptly.
