− Minimal hot water for the shower

For a one night stay was fine. + Good location. Clean. Easy access. Friendly caretaker/receptionist who we just managed to catch (was day off apparently). Adequate kitchen facilities.. − Bed was not very comfortable. Shower was just adequate. Freezer section of the fridge has broken door and was very frosted. The place looked a bit tired.

Central location, good value for money. + We stayed on 2 separate occasions while travelling. The room was clean and bed comfortable. Kitchenette had basic supplies such as microwave, kettle, toaster, tea/coffee and cleaning supplies. − Each time we were allocated upstairs room even though I requested ground floor. This was resolved on both occasions by a quick call to after hours contact.

This property is in a very handy location close to everything. + Staff were very helpful and property was very clean. − All good.

Not Happy + Ummmm not much Is there New Owners??? Been here 4/5times before with No problems − Smelt Off, Had to ask for Air Freshener it was that Bad. Noise/Banging of doors Dead & Alive Flys House Cleaning Had to Ask for fresh towels even with the signage on door to Service Room.. Stayed a week with NO fresh Sheets They left door unlocked & open. Disappointed to Say the Least.
