Excellent hotel + Excellent! Everything was perfect from the moment of check in - they welcomed us with Turkish tea/coffee and some sweets. The room was neat, clean and spacious. The view is amazing. Breakfast was also really good, so many options! And the staff was super friendly. We had only positive experience with this place and I would definitely recommend it to everyone, and I would come again! − Nothing

Odanın genel temizliği ve hijyen durumu otelin standartlarına yakışmayacak düzeydeydi. Bunun yanı sıra, yatak bizim için oldukça rahatsızdı ve gece boyunca kaliteli ve rahat bir şekilde dinlenmekte zorlandık. Bu durum konaklamamızın konforunu ve genel tatil deneyimimizi olumsuz etkiledi. Four Points by Sheraton gibi uluslararası bir otel markasından daha yüksek bir hizmet ve konfor standardı bekliyorduk. Yaşadığımız bu sorunlar nedeniyle otel yönetiminin durumla ilgilenmesini bekleriz − Four Points by Sheraton İzmir’de konaklamamız ne yazık ki beklentilerimizi tam olarak karşılamadı. A fuir arnaque + L hôtel super, lits très très confortable. − Un des 2 chambres n'était pas celles réservées.une plus bas de gamme malgré le prix payé. Malgré la demande à l acceuil aucune action, prise ni contact pour rétablir l'erreur malgré notre réservation, l hôtel arnaque sur les chambres et leurs prix!!!!!
