Een mooi kleinschalig hotel waar service voorop staat + Het is een mooi kleinschalig hotel, waar het gevoel van service voorop staat. Het personeel is vriendelijk en attent. We kregen een aanbod voor een gratis upgrade naar de suite vanwege een feestje op hun terras (tot 22:00u, wat overigens een schappelijke tijd is). Dit zou wat geluidsoverlast kunnen geven doordat onze kamer op de begane grond lag. Het ontbijtbuffet is uitgebreid en er worden luxe producten geserveerd. − Geen verbeterpunten!

Un havre de paix dans le vieux Zagreb + Un hôtel particulier situé à deux pas de la rue principale des bars et restaurants du vieux Zagreb, sur les hauteurs. Calme, propre, chambre spacieuse..petit déjeuner avec des produits frais, le tout préparé le matin même. Un vrai régal, loin des déjeuners classiques des hôtels habituels. Tout semble fait pour nous et avec beaucoup de soins. L’accueil et l’amabilité du personnel est irréprochable..on se sent comme à la maison. Un super rapport qualité prix. − Rien

Énorme déception ! + Je ne peux pas m’exprimer car cet établissement ne m’a même pas donné envie de m’arrêter et d’y entrer, tellement j’ai été déçue par son emplacement et son voisinage (une maison en ruine). − Cet établissement est situé tout en haut d’une coline, dans une maison faisant partie d’un quartier pavillonnaire et pas du tout au centre ville de Zagreb, comme précisé dans l’annonce presenté sur Booking.com. Il ne correspondait pas du tout à mes attentes, voulant être près des rues animées de la ville et des commerces. J’ai demandé le remboursement uniquement de la 2eme nuit à cause de cette inexactitude dans le descriptif, mais les propriétaires n’ont pas accepté et ils ont gardé mon règlement pour les 2 nuits. En conclusion, si vous cherchez une location au centre-ville de Zagreb, ne prenez surtout pas cet établissement. Pour le même prix vous trouverez des hôtels magnifiques dans l’hyper centre.

Pefect locaton for touring the old city + I like the ambiencer of the hotel. our room had a lovely terrace with a beautiful view of the rooftops. We also enjoyed two beers purchased from reception on the common patio area. Our bed was very comfortable. The shower was great. the breakfast was delicious. We also arranged to use the hotels parking garage for 15 euro. We were very happy with our stay. I loved the vibe in zagreb.

A gem of a hotel + We loved our stay here. The staff are so nice. We had a quiet, comfy room with great view from the balcony. Fabulous breakfast, a great way to try some local specialities. We loved that a free bus to town stopped outside the hotel every half hour. A gem of a hotel! − Nothing not to like.
