+ café da manhã e localização. − Embora alguns aspectos tenham sido positivos, ao final da estadia tive a sensação de que o custo não foi compatível com a experiência entregue. Considerando o valor investido, minhas expectativas eram mais elevadas em relação à estrutura, aos serviços e ao nível geral de conforto oferecido. Entendo que a experiência de cada hóspede pode ser diferente, mas, na minha avaliação, a relação custo-benefício ficou abaixo do esperado.

Glamorous, quiet, and understated + There is a lovely scent when entering the lobby. Check-in and check-out were easy and the service throughout was impeccable. A colleague walked us to the room and explained how everything worked, including the in-room Alexa that controls lighting, shades, and temperature by voice. The room is beautifully designed, immaculate, and comfortable. Excellent bedding and towels, complimentary water and meringues on arrival, and exceptional chocolates at turndown. The bathroom is compact but efficient and well laid out, finished in marble and stone with good lighting, L'Occitane toiletries, and a rain head shower that was a genuine pleasure. Breakfast, included in our stay, was varied and plentiful. Croissants and pastries from the hotel boulangerie were particularly good, alongside fruit, yogurt, meats, cheeses, juices, and cereals. Great stay - too short + Everything was perfect! Just wish we had stayed longer. Super clean, bed linens wonderful. Beds very comfy. The breakfast was delicious with very good variety. All the staff were friendly , helpful and very professional. Highly recommend!

Parece um hotel com excelente potencial, mas que conecta de forma deficiente, com as necessidades do cliente! + Boa cama, dependéncias do hotel são muito boas! − Banheiro muito pequeno;café da manhã não faz jus ao preço da diária; Não há motivo da sauna que comporta 5 pessoas ter que ser reservada para somente 1 pessoa por vez utilizar;sinal Internet muito ruim…;check out demorado é feito de forma muito amadora!

Hotel bom para quem viaja sozinho. Quartos muito pequenos. + Hotel novo, e de muito bom gosto. − Travesseiros muito rígidos e quartos muito pequenos. Os mais simples nao vale o custo benefício. Tive que trocar por um maior para conseguir espaço para abrir a mala e me hospedar com a minha filha.

Voltaremos com certeza! Um luxo só! + Hotel maravilhoso, com restaurantes e café da manhã top, staff super atencioso e competente. Um luxo na esquina da Faria Lima − Talvez o quarto pudesse ser um pouquinho maior, mas é um detalhe irrelevante, pois o mordomo acomodou nossas roupas com todo o capricho nas prateleiras nos deixando surpreendidos positivamente
