Boutique style Hotel but overlooked maintenance and cleaning + This boutique extended-stay hotel offers a wonderful atmosphere, highlighted by the curated music playing inside the elevator that sets a fantastic mood right upon arrival. The rooftop is a major highlight, featuring stunning panoramic views, an immaculate pool area, a modern and well-equipped gym, and a sauna that serves as a great option for relaxation. However, the property falls short on maintenance and upkeep, as also cleaning flaws. The guest rooms show noticeable wear and tear, with scuffed, stained, and scratched walls that are overdue for a renovation. Most critically, bathroom cleanliness needs urgent attention due to persistent mold in the shower tile grout. While the hotel has great boutique charm and excellent amenities, management must address these deep-cleaning and maintenance issues to truly deliver a quality guest experience

Good stay and would happily return, + Friendly staff, good breakfast and always clean and in good condition. Nice area with restaurants within walking distance. − Gym could be updated a bit but perfectly fine.

Consegui ver Campinas mais bonita ainda. + Distribuição dos cômodos no apartamento, conforto, ducha forte, cômodos de bom tamanho para um casal, limpeza do apartamento, café da manhã muito bom, funcionários educados e solícitos, vista da varanda, silêncio. − Eu gostaria que houvesse duas poltronas com uma mesinha de apoio na varanda...🙂
