Conforto e requinte com qualidade e preço bom + Quarto grande, tem sala, mesa de jantar com sofá, mini cozinha… amei. Tudo novo, bonito e bem organizado. Tem uma varandinha. Chuveiro muito bom. − Bancada da pia pequena e espaço para colocar shampoo, sabonete e condicionador muito pequeno, dentro do chuveiro.

Horrible service + The rooms were renovated. And spacious − The service is horrible at reception: I asked business invoice, they charged my card and said they will send me the invoice by mail in 3 days. Of course no invoice after 3 days. Wi-fi is not working in the room: it’s a business district, people come to work! Why the basic functions are not available! The room keys were not working second day: when you are in a hurry , it takes time to go back and forth in the morning from 14 floor. Last but not least: breakfast- tasteless, espresso is additional charge, room is under construction. For the money they charge- find another hotel , there are -lefty options

+ O tratamento de todos os funcionários. Inclusive um bilhete de uma camareira perguntando o que eu havia achado da arrumação dela. Achei muito humano o tratamento. Recomendo muito. − A televisão era muito antiga e não tinha o que assistir. Canais que estavam fora do ar. Mas nem me importei, pois leitura, no tempo livre em que fiquei no hotel, era minha prioridade. A localização, em si, para o meu propósito, foi excelente: fui para um evento durante o fim de semana muito próximo. Mas não é tão próximo a metrô ou trem, por exemplo, para quem precise.
