Lovely stay at Salila + Staff were lovely and friendly. The rooms were clean, comfortable and big. Its was very safe with 24hr security. Easy access to the beach and restaurants. − The daytime music around the pool could have been better but I think if we had asked them to change it they would have!!!

Lovely, would stay again. + Lovely location, quite and shops close by. Short walk to the beach with lovely beach restaurants and a beautiful sunset. Staff were so kind a polite, daily rooms cleanings. Couldn’t ask for more.

Need to replace the towels look into the smell of the Rooms.Staff take course on Cleaning + The breakfast is it’s pretty average. The toaster was not the best. The pikelets and waffles weren't fresh. − The rooms were not cleaned properly we had to ask for the bathroom to be cleaned better the mirror wiped. Had to ask for sugar, toilet paper, toothbrushes soap after it’s been supposedly cleaned. It was just a yes quick clean. The towels were so old that they were supposed to be white, but they looked dirty. The pool towels were not washed after used we saw The Guy smelling the towels and folding them back up after people have used them on the pool chairs. Also, we had five rooms in front of the pool area two out of the five rooms smelt of mould when you walked into the rooms

+ Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. Hotel location was appropriate. − Condition of Bathrooms was very poor. The shower drain was not working and viper was being used to drain the water. Also, there are a lot of birds and its uncomfortable to sleep in the morning.

+ The Staff were incredible, especially Weiwei and Chippy. We normally go to Balisani next door. This might just be our new local. Room's that allow you to walk straight into the pool from your front door are the pick for us:)

We stayed here for 15 nights and it was a great decision, after staying in Legian for all our previous trips. The Salila + Lovely and quiet. Easy access to shops, restaurant’s and beach. Staff were beautiful, attentive and genuinely cared about what we were doing & took interest in us each day. − It’s getting a little run down internally with some surface deterioration in bathroom.

Rock hard beds and constant, repetitive music around the pool. Not relaxing. + Friendly staff − Beds were rock hard and music played CONSTANTLY around the pool from 11am - 9pm, even with no-one there. Didn’t help that we had a room overlooking the pool bar so couldn’t escape it, So far from relaxing, we left and moved to Anvaya in Kuta.

Great! + The beautiful staff. The restaurant staff knew our names and would ask us what we were doing everyday. I had a few personal issues going on. The staff would check on me constantly
