It felt like their main priority was finding ways to charge hotel guests additional fees. We booked a room that included breakfast, advertised as a buffet. However, there was no proper breakfast buffet at all. The only options were toast and eggs, which had to be requested from the kitchen through a small kitchen window. The room was not properly cleaned either. It seemed like the room had only been given a quick tidy-up, as there were still visible traces of dirt and residue in the bathroom from the previous day.
