Exceptional + The apartment was clean, spacious, and had a really cozy vibe—exactly what we needed for a short stay in Dubai. The location on Palm Jumeirah was great, close to everything but still quiet and private. Honestly, it felt more like a home than a rental.

Very very comfortable! + Location and size of the apartment were very good. Main room with bathroom is huge with own balcony whilst the second bedroom and third bedroom smaller but also with own bathrooms. Air conditioning worked well, balcony space with great views of the monorail and park areas on a 6th floor was very enjoyable. Location to beach and access monorail and local shopping and restaurant precincts was excellent too. Our host Ahmed met us onsite and was very helpful on local knowledge. − Older furnishings but very comfortable.

+ The location it good, Shoreline. We used to book this location for all the colleagues since it’s convenient for the business. − The manager who was responsible for the location set the rules from the first day, that we can’t invite guests. The apartment was rented for 2 colleagues 40 years + and the 16 years old daughter was with one of them. The security of the building didn’t want to let the kid in for 1 hour…for sure we’ve been showing the passport but they told us about the special list. Then security didn’t want to let me in with my Emirates ID. We gave passports of 2 colleagues + mine and then the manager of the apartment told us it’s impossible to add more people to the list. They didn’t let in even our boss. For sure everyone was coming at the day time just for the meeting, no any parties or late visits. At the booking details there was no any info like that. And I book same places for my colleagues at least once in a month, it was first time. The apartment is …

Brilliant stay for Palm.Jumeriah area + Excellent big space..Brilliant host.. has all amenities possible.. access to beach club gets you to pool & a private beach with changing facilities (for 4 people) − If i will be picky, I would say - host could provide better quality towels

Amazing apartment, great location, friendly and helpful host. + Location was great, nice and close to beach clubs on the palm aswell as shops and restaurants. The apartment was homely and cosy with lots of space. − Could have done with some hand towels in the kitchen and bathroom but that’s only if I’m being picky, everything was great!

Fantastic Host and Beautiful Apartment + I loved everything about this stay! The host was extremely responsive, helpful, and professional throughout the entire experience. The apartment was very clean, well-maintained, and conveniently located near stores and all the essential amenities. The rooms were spacious, quiet, and secure, making it an ideal place for families. One of the highlights was the beach club, which was amazing and featured a beautiful pool with stunning views. Overall, it was absolutely worth every penny.
