A very hot city break. + From check in at 0300 because of a flight delay of 6 hours to my check out at 2200 the following Saturday night the effectiveness and efficiency of all the staff was excellent. From Pande to Samie, from the people on reception and the young man who cleaned my room, thankyou. My only disappointment was that in the evening only room service was available. The sister hotel, 2 blocks away, provided the drinks and dining.

+ I like about this hotel just right there below the building, Gold souq station. Modern interior design, Staff are friendly, tidy and organized.what I don’t like about it they don’t give you the dental kit(tooth brush, toothpaste). You have to pay extra.

+ The property was literally above the Metro and so it was minutes from the Green Line and a quick change to Red and you can explore a lot of Dubai very easily. Staff were really friendly and room was always made up well. Will use again!

+ Plus: I stayed here for two nights, and the location was excellent for accessing the old town. A supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, and a coffee shop are conveniently located just downstairs. Minus: However, my experience was negatively affected by the presence of cockroaches and insects in the bathroom of the room, which was unacceptable. This seriously impacted my overall stay.
