Peaceful + Place is nice and felt comfortable all through out the trip. Recommended for family, friends or business trips Reception area is really clean and employees is nice to chat with. Food is really great will comeback if have time again. We have enjoyed our short stay.

Geweldig mooi strand met uitstekende voorzieningen + Buiten het weekend een rustig hotel met prachtig zwembad en geweldig strand. Op het strand een gezellige bar voor eten en drinken. Ook ruim voldoende bedjes. De hotelkamers zijn erg ruim en netjes, maar wel gedateerd. Maar het zwembad en strand maakt dit ruim goed!

Excellent service and Yummy food + Lumi Beach has Excellent service and super friendly staff. Esp lucile and Bheng. The food is really yummy. This is my 2nd time and i will definitely come back. Seafood fettuccine, pizza verde and chicken wings is really a must try. Special thanks to Wizam the OPM. For acknowledging our concerns .

A great hotel in the Emirates + This is a not too big hotel, which I prefer. The food was very good and the staff very nice. The parties around the central area are amazing. No matter if couples or families, everybody had a great time. The beach has an astonishing looking bar and a playground area for the kids.

Customer (Dis)Service + Customer service needs some serious training. Was advised of a ticket price via WhatsApp that was double the price on the website and then had a customer service rep argue with me like he was paid to drive customers crazy: didn't listen, talked over me, made up excuses that were based on very flimsy logic... I can't say I am impressed and I haven't even begun the stay yet. Hopefully the other hotel staff are friendlier and have an interest in cultivating a welcoming image for the hotel.

The place to avoid by all means + A nightmare - very unfriendly service - very rude staff - not informed about the renovation going on, so you find yourself in the middle of a construction site when you are thinking you pay fir a nice suite to spend a nice weekend. - dangerous to walk around because of materials for renovation not protected. - suites are smelly...all of them smoking unlike the info they give. - room service inexistant. I would say any service is inexistant. - overpriced in the weekend - food not good at all. - several amenities but obsolete and/or damaged so you can't use them. - only Beah is nice

Disappointing experience + We were quite disappointed with our stay at Umm Al Quwain Beach Hotel. The hotel is currently undergoing extensive renovations, with construction debris scattered around the property, creating an unpleasant atmosphere. Additionally, many of the rooms were outdated and in poor condition, vastly different from the polished images shared on Instagram. To make matters worse, we encountered unprofessional service from the front desk staff, who were not only unhelpful but also attempted to overcharge us. It's unfortunate because the hotel has significant potential due to its location and overall concept. Perhaps once the renovations are complete and service improves, it could be a much better experience.

Bad facility and service + By far the worst experience in a hotel I have ever had. Started upon check in- once I reached the room I noticed that all the toiletries were missing so I called the reception and house keeping to send them, however till 7 pm they didn’t and they only sent it after I spoke to the manager of the hotel. When we reached the beach we asked for towels but they were out of towels and we had to wait for 30 minutes to get 2 towels. there was a new employee I think he is a waiter called Charbel and all day he is walking around and staring at women in a very disgusting way. Even when I was walking next to my girlfriend on the beach I noticed several times just staring inappropriately at her. Last at night starting 10 pm I planned to go to sleep but couldn’t sleep due to a generator sound which was very loud, I called the reception to ask them to switch it off but they said that security came to check and there was nothing. Barely Average + The room was basic but very clean. The food and service was average. In fact, at times the service in the beach bar was very slow. In the hot section of the breakfast, the food was cold. The pool is old and needs to be repaired. There is a lot of noisy construction happening.

Will not suggest! + I can give "-1000" score. Become the worst place in Umm al quwain!!!!! Look like management disent care longer about visitors. They need only 1 time purchase! We was regular clients for this hotel ower 6 years!!!!!! NOW I WILL NOT PUT MY STEP INTO THIS PLACE!!! Since they change the security, there is no respect at all!!! They don't care if you have a kid who is crying, staff on reception not even trying to help or give any idea how to resolved your problems. They dont care about anything. Great pet friendly hotel! + Great weekend away with the dogs. The newly renovated rooms are great and the staff are very accommodating. The beach and the bar are really great and the food/drinks are very good and reasonably priced. We really like it here and cant wait to be back.

Positives: Location: The hotel is in a great spot with direct access to a quiet, beautiful beach. Beach: Truly the highlight of the stay — clean, peaceful, and well-maintained. Don’t get scammed with the online pictures + The “hotel” is outdated and not really maintained. We are always looking for pet friendly places and this has been the biggest mistake ever. Been several times in Lumi Beach (day pass), and loved the experience. Totally different experience while being inside guests, big NO for us . Rooms were maintained here and there, but the odor in the room and the finishes are extremely poor. Rooms are big( pet friendly apartment) but not worth it the money we paid. 100 Aed extra for the dog , 160 extra for the extra bed ( 50% discount for the nanny ). Customer service 3/5 Cleanliness 1.5 /5 Worth for money 1/5 ( specially during weekends, ended up paying 900 during weekends and 450 during weekdays…. The fridge is very noisy and not cooling properly, old and not clean with bad smell, please buy 300 new one not branded. It will help more than one in the room. Avoid staying unless looking for loud party resort + Do not stay here unless you want your afternoon and evening to feel like you’re in the middle of a giant rave, with the bass so high that your belongings are shaking in your room (and we are a young couple!) Lumi beach is lovely in the day for dogs to run around and to lay in the sun and that’s the end of the good things about this place. Other than that, the music and bass is like being in the middle of an Ibiza club and it was unbearably loud back in our ‘suite’ as well. No where to go for dinner that’s not in the middle of the restaurant which turns into a club. There should be a warning on the website that it’s a party resort before booking. If you’re coming to party all night long and love loud EDM music at night, then this place might be for you!

Avoid! Working site and they wouldn’t do anything + It was all fun and games till we figured our room was right at a working site from 7 am and Yes, reception was called multiple times and NO. They didn’t do anything about it. We are still at the hotel maybe social media will prompt them resolving the issue versus speaking to them in person🤷🏽♀️
