Ok + Nhân viên nhiệt tình, thân thiện. − Mình đc bố trí ở tầng cao. Nhưng nước dùng sinh hoạt có vẻ hơi yếu 1 chút.

Very normal stay + I liked how it was structured around big places such as the leather stores and spas around the hotel more importantly the staff were very nice and respectful − I didn’t like that in some rooms the toilets and the air conditioner was lacking but I am fine with it

+ Big rooms, beds with courtins, i like the lobby area. The pool in the rooftop was amazing. All personnel very good i had a situation with my payment and they where patient and smart to solve it, they where also emphatic about my time. I like they give us towel good for that. Thank you. − NA

Pleasant + The hotel wasn’t too bad, though the cleanliness wasn’t great. The bathroom was very dated; it could do with a complete refurbishment, but I don’t think that’s in their interests. Swimming pool was OK, but always very busy. − Toilet

Good Value for my bucks + Close proximity to Dragon bridge and Han River. Room was always clean, front reception were accommodating − There's 3 of us,but the cups are only for 2 person

Niet echt geweldig voor de prijs! + Locatie is goed, niet ver van Dragon Bridge − Badkamer, douchen staand in bad waardoor bijna hele badkamer onder water komt.....ook 1 dag kamer niet schoon gemaakt, 2 keer kleine handdoeken gekregen ipv grote! Bed was wel goed........nachtlampje naast bed deed het ook niet, dit gemeld bij receptie maar hielp niet. Zag toen bij lift eenzelfde lamp staan, die geprobeerd en die werkte wel dus zelf maar lamp omgewisseld dan......

− Chúng tôi book phòng Deluxe family gồm 2 giường đôi cho 4 người lớn, nhưng giao phòng toàn là giường chỉ 1,4met x 2 giường thì ngủ 4 người rất chật Máy lạnh không lạnh, rất nóng. Phòng Suite family 1107 mà máy lạnh chảy nước đầy phòng ngay cạnh giường ngủ, gạch nền phòng tắm bể cũng không thay mới. Gối nằm cứng và quá cao.
