It was amazing + I liked the woman at reception Rina the most about the hotel she helped me make bookings and she arranged transport for me at a cheaper price and she made recomendations for food. Also i likked that the airco worked verry good because most of the days it was hot outside so when i entered my hotel i feld the tempreture shift directly. And my bed was made every day a fresh and clean sheet

Stay in Hanoi E Central + Long Story Short: highly recommended hotel! .. the Location is quite Perfect, you do have all the important things around the corner. Rooms are great, breakfast has been good aswell. My absolute favorite has been the people working there - Rina and Lisa made the stay more than heartwarming, from helping out, to answer questions, to arranging anything Else ive asked for - 12 out 10 points. .. when im in Hanoi again, definetly checking out the Hotel once again. Recommended!

+ I stayed at this hotel for a few nights when I first arrived in Vietnam, and then came back for my final night before flying home, as I had booked a round trip from Paris to Hanoi. The location is perfect, within walking distance of all the liveliest areas of Hanoi. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. But what made my stay especially enjoyable was the hotel staff, and particularly the amazing reception team. Everyone was professional, proactive, attentive and genuinely friendly. As a solo traveller who knew nothing about Vietnam or Hanoi when I first arrived, this really helped me feel comfortable right away and was a wonderful way to start my trip. If I come back to Hanoi, I will definitely stay here again!

+ De kamer was super schoon en het personeel is ontzettend lief en bieden super goede service. Je hoeft nergens meer aan te denken. Echt lekker tot rust komen na een dag te hebben gespendeerd in een drukke stad zoals Hanoi. Wij zouden het zeker aanraden om hier te verblijven.

Träumchen + Wir haben uns hier so wohlgefühlt, dass wir gleich zweimal wiedergekommen sind und insgesamt dreimal hier übernachtet haben - das sagt eigentlich schon alles. :)) Ganz besonders möchten wir Lisa erwähnen, die uns mit ihrer tollen Art, alles zu organisieren, wirklich beeindruckt und uns jederzeit weitergeholfen hat. Rina war ebenfalls immer unglaublich herzlich und aufmerksam und hat mit ihrer Art sehr dazu beigetragen, dass wir uns bei jedem Aufenthalt wohlgefühlt haben. Auch an My und Rosie ein großes Dankeschön! Das gesamte Team ist einfach unglaublich freundlich und herzlich. Alles ist sauber & das Frühstück schmeckt hervorragend. Was will man mehr? Danke an das gesamte Team!

Hôtel chaleureux ! + Un court mais agréable séjour grâce au personnel dévoué et très sympathique. Équipements propres et fonctionnels. Emplacement au cœur du centre d’Hanoi parfait pour profiter en journée comme en soirée ! − Convient très bien pour un court séjour mais pour un long séjour un hôtel offrant une piscine serait plus appréciable.
