+ L hôtel était vraiment pas cher mais l emplacement est très éloigné du centre et la plage qui est en face n est pas très jolie. Heureusement ils ont mis en place des navettes mais uniquement la journée dommage pour le soir.

Exceptionnel! + Rapport qualité prix imbattable: service de majordome, cocktail de bienvenue (limonade) à l’arrivée, chambre propre et spacieuse, piscine roof top- gym semi extérieur, navette vers la plage de Ang Bang et vers le vieux Hoi An de 10:30 a 17:30! Déjeuner buffet avec choix exceptionnel de qualité! Rien à redire pour le prix! Spa-Soins de pieds et massage (qualité exceptionnelle) sur place! − La plage est en construction de digue devant l’hôtel, on peut s’y baigner quand même mais…il est préférable de prendre la navette vers An Bang ou Hidden Beach si vous voulez une plage plus « commerciale ». La piscine ferme tôt (21:00)! Ce qui ne permet pas de se rafraîchir au retour d’une visite nocturne à Hoi An.

Khách sạn không mang lại cảm giác tốt cho kỳ nghỉ. + Phòng rộng, sạch sẽ. − Khách sạn này mọi thứ đều nhỏ so với số lượng phòng. Sảnh lễ tân nhỏ, phòng ăn chật chội, ban công rất bé, hồ bơi vô cực trên sân thượng thì hoàn toàn bất ngờ do quá nhỏ và chật chội so với ảnh chụp. Tôi đặt 7 phòng thì có 3 phòng ở phía sau nhìn trực diện vào 1 khách sạn khác đang xây ở khoảng cách chỉ 5-7m rất bức bối nhưng giá phòng thì không khác.

+ Minden! A reggeli finom volt és változatos..a szoba és a takarítás is rendben volt. Mindig kedvesek és segítőkészek voltak! Szívesen ajánlom mindenkinek! − A szálloda előtt még dolgoznak a kotróhajók és este is hallani lehet a gépek zugását...persze nem túl hangosan. A szálloda előtti kép nem egyezik meg a valósággal...valószínűleg csak látvány terv... Jövőre már biztos szép és kièpitett lesz.

Prima verblijf + Service. Je kan worden gebracht naar het strand en naar het stadje. Als welkom krijg je als je meerdere nachten boekt een voetenmassage. Erg leuk en heerlijk!

Highly recommended! + We had a wonderful 3-night stay at Fivitel Hoi An, and our whole family absolutely loved it! The hotel is very clean, and our room was spacious, comfortable, and had a beautiful sea view. The breakfast buffet was also excellent, with delicious food and, what we really appreciated, different dishes every day, so there was no repetition during our stay. What made our experience truly special was the wonderful surprise on August 8th, my husband’s birthday. The hotel secretly prepared a birthday cake and organized a little birthday celebration for him. We were genuinely touched by this thoughtful gesture and the care the hotel showed to our family. It was such a lovely surprise and a beautiful memory for all of us. A very special thank you to the two receptionists, Mão and Nhi, who went out of their way to support and help our family throughout our stay. Their kindness, enthusiasm, and attentive service made us feel very welcomed and well taken care of. Thank you…

− Das Hotel entspricht leider nicht den Fotos auf Booking. Von außen sieht das Gebäude sehr heruntergekommen aus. Die Frühstücksauswahl war groß aber zu 95% asiatisches Angebot. Das Personal an der Rezeption war nur teilweise freundlich. Sie waren schnell genervt, zum Beispiel wenn man den Shuttle in die Stadt in Anspruch genommen hat. Direkt am Strand sind viele Bagger, keine schöne Sicht und viel Lärm. Betten sehr unbequem, Einrichtung sehr in die Jahre gekommen.
