I removed the pillowcases to check them and found significant yellow discoloration and stains on the pillows themselves, including what appeared to be coffee or other old stains. This made me question whether the pillows had been properly cleaned or replaced between guests. The bedding was also concerning. I found several visible spots and stains on the sheets, including a small reddish-brown stain that appeared to be dried blood. Regardless of what caused the stain, bedding in a hotel room should be thoroughly inspected and replaced before a new guest checks in.
