Our holiday + The view from the 14th floor was nice, especially at night. The room was comfortable, bed and pillows were great. − We were not given the room we actually booked n then told the pictures on booking.com aren't right ... not sure about that?? The egg station at breakfast was good but the rest of the food was ordinary and the bread rolls on our last day were as hard as rocks ... no joke .. like they've been putting the same ones out all week and when I complained I was told just toast them!! The location is not great, not much around it for food etc however the night market and dragon bridge is about 10 to 15 mins walk.

Decent 3 star. Not worth the money paid. + Room was clean. − Firstly, this is by no means a 4 star hotel. Booking.com, please note this and make the correction. This is at most a decent 3 star. The room was so small and everything felt cramped. No table, so less space to put the luggage,.The bathroom was small too. And the worst bit was that there was a 3 quarter shower screen covering the bath area. This meant the whole area outside gets splashed with water. The toiletries in the bath when we checked in was just one small tub of Bodywash and One shampoo. We had to ask for some more! So much for 4 star hotel!! Location isnt that great either. I thought it would be a good compromise to be between the beach on one end and the river on the other, but it is a fair bit to walk on both sides, especially when the weather is hot. Next time, I would rather chose the beach or the city. The breakfast spread was disappointing too. Overall, not worth the £50 per night paid for this place. I …

+ Pool and location − Breakfast wasn't the greatest , could have done with extra staff to cover pool while it is use as if you order food the staff go and collect it leaving no one the for drinks

Great room + We loved the hotel , specifically the rooms are so nice and has a big bed where you can sleep 4 people. Ofcourse speaking about the bathroom it has a nice tub where you can relax with your partner and the open view from the room was a deal breaker and thanks to Kha for the hospitality provided here at San marino boutique hotel.
