− В душевой кабине работала только холодная вода, после обращение в ресепшен безрезультатно, две ночи без горячий воды, с улицы очень сильно слышно шум проезжающих машин

This hotel understood the assignment — spotless rooms, amazing people, and a stay that seriously exc + I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Everything was great from the moment I arrived. The hotel is very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the value for money is honestly perfect. The staff and the owner are very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made the experience even better. What I loved most was the warm and relaxing atmosphere of the place. You can really feel that they care about their guests and pay attention to the small details. It’s the kind of hotel where you feel comfortable right away and would gladly come back again. Highly recommended! − I cannot find anything not to like about this hotel. This should be the go to when in Samarkand.

Poor experience + There are not many restaurants nearby, so it's not very convenient. − I booked a room on Booking.com and stayed for one night. I checked out the next morning, then came back the following evening and booked again. The price was much higher than the previous day, but they gave me the exact same room I had stayed in before. What’s worse, the room had not even been cleaned. This was very disappointing and did not feel worth the higher price.

Great stay in beautiful Samarkand + This is a family run hotel in a quieter part of Samarkand. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful - going beyond the usual expectations. The owner, Amir and the hotel administrators/front of desk people Shukrullo and Sayar, were brilliantly helpful. The breakfast was also so good! − All the rooms are up stairs which could affect people who are physically challenged.

Really great family place. − I believe the breakfast food could have been warmed up everyday. That would be my only thing I would recommend.

The hotel was excellent and had everything a guest needed. The administrator was very friendly, polite, and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay. + По приезде в отель у меня сразу сложилось очень приятное первое впечатление. С самого входа сотрудники открыли мне дверь, тепло поприветствовали и сказали: «Добро пожаловать!». Мне предоставили просторный номер с большой двуспальной кроватью. Когда я открыл дверь, первым, что я увидел, было приветственное послание с моим именем, подготовленное специально к моему приезду. В номере также были прохладительные напитки, что стало очень приятным сюрпризом. Позже я узнал, что, учитывая мой приезд из другой страны, сотрудники уделили особое внимание чистоте, порядку и подготовке номера. Это было очень приятно и показало высокий уровень сервиса. Хочу выразить огромную благодарность команде Booking.com и каждому сотруднику Amir Plaza Hotel. Особенно хочу поблагодарить администратора Шукра, менеджера Санжара и владельца и управляющего отелем Амира. Огромное спасибо за ваше гостеприимство, заботу и профессионализм!
