A Memorable Stay + We had a memorable stay at Sheraton Grand Taipei over Independence Day weekend, credit in no small part to our evening arrival being rewarded with a nice corner suite upgrade. The hotel sits on a prime location, being on the blue MRT line, just one stop away from Taipei Main Station. The Club Lounge offers a nice setting for an impressive selection of food at cocktails. The staff here worked tirelessly to keep the hordes happy. Breakfast was a grand affair, with an impressive selection and quality of food. The rather odd-shaped gym features a smith machine, the mark of a ‘proper’ gym. The pool is smallish and crowded when we visited. While everything was well maintained, we did find one area for improvement: the air con vents in our room covered in dust; there was also dust under the bathroom vanity. To sum up our stay experience, we appreciate the upgrade, and look forward to another great stay here.

One of my favorite hotels in Taipei + I was thrilled to receive an upgrade to a high-floor corner room during my stay. As a Platinum member, I know upgrades are not always available, so this was a wonderful surprise. The room was exceptionally spacious, quiet, and comfortable, and it truly enhanced my overall experience. Thank you for making my stay so memorable.

Un très bon séjour, avec une chambre confortable et un excellent petit déjeuner. + J’ai passé un très bon séjour. La chambre Deluxe était spacieuse, confortable et bien équipée. Mais ce que j’ai surtout aimé, c’est le petit déjeuner : il était vraiment très bon, avec beaucoup de choix (petit big up pour le choix en sucré et la brioche perdue qui était excellente).
