+ Room was clean and comfortable, Location was great and very convenient to get to, short walks to Taksim + Galata, good selection for breakfast and staff were helpful. − Sound proofing on the room door was non existent, so it was hard to get any sleep after people started waking up and opening their doors and moving/talking outside. I arrived at 2.30 a.m and probably got to sleep at 3.30 a.m so by the time people started getting up it became impossible to sleep with all the noise from the doors slamming. Also on booking.com I booked a room with a double bed which is apparently labelled on this site incorrectly so I only had a single bed form my stay.

Понравилось абсолютно всё, пошли нам на встречу и запустив номер раньше положенного времени на 2 часа)) Спасибо большое + Это один из лучших отелей где мы остановились, а в Стамбул мы ездим на протяжении 10 лет🤍 Очень чисто, вкусные завтраки, приветливый и отзывчивый персонал, для полного релакса есть спа на -2 этаже, безумно приятная девушка на ресепшене) Вокруг всё сделано настолько для гостей, что иногда просто не хочется выходить из номера)) Расположение отеля самое удобное, что может быть для туриста, выходишь из отеля и сразу метро Şhishane, спокойно можно добраться до многих достопримечательностей и ТЦ на метро))) Если пройтись пешком, то в 15-20 минутах Галатапорт, в 10 минутах улица Истикляль, в 5 минутах та самая башня Галата)) будьте готовы, что это очень туристический район и людей вокруг всегда много, но, внутри отеля очень тихо и спокойно 🤍 И, что безумно понравилось, никто кроме гостей точно не зайдет в отель, и не пройдет на твой этаж, так как пройти можно только по к…

Istanbul un viaggio da fare assolutamente + Hotel molto pulito, personale accogliente e disponibile, camera spaziosa e ben organizzata. La posizione ottima per raggiungere anche a piedi le varie location da visitare. − Non c’è nulla che non mi sia piaciuto. Darei un suggerimento riguardo alla colazione. Essendo che prevale una colazione turca forse un cartellino che dica di cosa si tratta senza dover chiedere ogni volta al personale

An excellent hotel with outstanding service, great location, and a very comfortable stay. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ + Excellent location close to major attractions and public transportation. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. Overall, the hotel offered great value for money and made my stay in Istanbul very enjoyable. − Nothing significant. Everything met or exceeded my expectations.

Disappointing… − Disappointing. We were told by reception that booking a taxi was 2.2K TL via card or 2K TL by cash. At the end of our airport transfer the taxi charged an extra 200TL on top, likely adding their own “card charge” on top when the reception had already advised the extra 200 by card. This hotel lost our trust.

Ottimo , stanno lavorando x migliorarsi + Accoglienza e gentilezza anche nel suggerire itinerari locali, il servizio navetta da e per l'aeroporto, puntualità ortima − Ho avuto qualche difficoltà con i tempi di riassetto camera, un paio di volte ho dovuto attendere nella hall, in fascia pomeridiana. Probabilmente carenza di personale? Un po' di difficoltà a gestire la climatizzazione della camera, termostato cervellotico.

+ Stanza ampia e luminosa, vista meravigliosa. Hotel di piccole dimensioni, curato e molto pulito. Posizione eccellente, a 5 minuti a piedi dalla Torre Galata
