Amazing and relaxing stay + The hotel is cosy . From respection to room cleaning Very helpful team from all prespectives . Breakfast is amazing . Location is super perfect inside mall and nearby metro . − Pool rules required even men to hear head cap which is very silly and ever happened at any 5 or 7 stars hotel

Seit Jahren mein Lieblingshotel in Istanbul + Die hervorragende Lage direkt an der Metro-Station Yamanevler mit direktem Zugang zur Canpark Shopping Mall und einer tollen Aussicht. Das Frühstück war Klasse 1A und der Service via WhatsApp extrem praktisch. Sehr freundliches Personal – ein besonderes Dankeschön an Fatma von der Reinigung, die mein Zimmer täglich tiptop sauber gehalten hat! − Das Interior Design ist seit Jahren unverändert, etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte eine Auffrischung vertragen. Zudem fehlen im Badezimmer kostenlose Extras und Freebies, die man aus anderen Hotels gewohnt ist (z. B. Kamm, Zahnpflegeset oder Utensilien). An dieser Stelle: Liebe Grüße an das Hotel Marketing :)

Ну если уж совсем негде остановиться... + Обшарпанные номера, меня переселяли три раза, но все номера выглядели так же - очень старые и облезлые. Про завтраки...в целом было вкусно, но для Хилтона выбор был очень- очень скудным! Кофе машины нет!!!! − Откровенно грязны лифт. Вода в ванной не уходила в слив, стоишь в луже обмылков. Нет ни зубных щеток, ни зубной пасты. Халатов нет. При заселении, на ресепшн, принимал документы только один сотрудник, трое просто стояли и никак не реагировали. Никако жто не 5-ти звездочный отель. Максимум три звезды
